I ordered my sandals on July 29th 2025 and never received my order. I have reached out to them at least a dozen times through their website and shop and haven’t received any response. At this point I am out 70.00 without receiving my product. This company is a total sham and don’t order from them because chances of receiving your item is 0 to none.

Worst company ever. The products are cheap and not like the pictures. They dont want you to return. Not even from canada. Its shipped directly from China. Don't order from them!!!!

Would give zero stars. It’s a scam. Placed an order a month and an half ago and nothing indicating it has shipped. Does not respond to emails.

Purchased shoes that have been worn for about 3 hours and are completely falling apart. Customer service at this company does not exist. I sent photos, order number and described the issue and they sent an email back asking for photos, order number and for a description of the issue. I agree with another reviewer - this company is a total SCAM.

I ordered a dress that looked nothing like the picture, in fact it was made out of a cheap dollar store type of
material completely see through. I sent pictures and explained it was unacceptable. Of course I was given the option to return it for a full refund however it was going to cost me as much as what I paid for the dress to return it to China so of course it was ridiculous. To make the story even more incredible they offered to the apologized for the error and offered to resend me the proper dress that I had actually ordered. I asked them why they hadn't done that in the first place? So they send me a second dress and believe it or not it is exactly like the 1st see through dress they sent.
Needless to say, I would never ever do business with this company again.

The shoes do not look at all like the picture and seems to be made of plastic or cardboard instead of leather. The cork sole is actually plastic with a cork-like textur sticker glued over it! The smell of chemicals is overwhelming! This site is a scam!! The goods do not originate from Toronto- that is a lie!

Sandals are unwearable - smell of strong chemicals/mothballs. Companies customer service offered a 10% refund. Do not buy products from this company.

Company makes it seem like they are out of Toronto. I ordered shoes that took weeks to come from China. The quality is terrible and the smell like cheap rubber. They advertise that you can return them but you have to pay to ship them back to China and they warn that “sometimes they get misplaced and not received in which case you won’t be refunded”

Would give less stars if I could. Falsely advertise high price quality items that ship from China and are worse quality than temu and not at all as depicted in photos or description. Both items purchased smell so strongly or petrol, I could not stand to keep them in the house. Going to request return but assume it will be rejected as this is clearly a scam

my order arrived damaged and the strap for the purse is missing. i emailed twice over the course of a week asking for support and received no response.

in addition, the bag is very poor quality and not worth the “sale” price.

i thought i was purchasing from a canadian business but it appears to be your standard chinese mail order garbage.

If I could rate zero I would. Their products arrive from China. They are not based in Toronto, Ontario. I ordered a handbag and 2 pairs of sandals. My order arrived incomplete The handbag was missing. The sandals smelled toxic and made of cheap materials. I left them outside for 4 days hoping the toxic scent would clear, but it did not. The scent gave me a migraine. Lonova customer service told me they would issue a full refund only if I shipped everything back to China, at my own expense. They said packages often get "lost", in other words, if they don't receive it, they don't issue the refund. OR, they said they woukd refund 15% and I don't have to return the items. I paid for a handbag that I did not receive and 2 pairs of shoes, and they will only offer 15% refund. They said the handbag was arriving in a separate package. However, there is no evidence of a separate order. The delivery confirmation simply states that all 3 items in my order have been delivered in the one package. I feel helpless and very upset. They have literally stolen over $180 of my money.

This site is a total scam I paid 107$ for 2 purses and was under the assumption they were from Toronto , they came from china and are nothing like what I ordered and to ship Back it will cost me 73$ . Absolutely disgusting ! And I these purses are on temu for 11.07 and I paid 107$ they look like something from the dollar store . Awful company scammers !!!!

I ordered a purse - when I received it - it was the worse quality ever - no tags to show what the material was, or where it was made. Nothing. Looks and feels like something you would pick up at a thrift store for $3. It was about $80. On sale!!! Stay away from this company.

Thos "company" deserve a zero stars. It is not based in Toronto, it is a complete scam. The purse is ordered is garbage. The return policy for a full refund requires adding tracking to the shipment. Regular shipment would be $11 but with tracking it would be $90, which is more than what I paid for. I am so angry and I wish I knew about this site before ordering. It is ridiculous.

This store is a scam. My shoes look like a cheap plastic semi-version of what they look like online. Do not order from this store

The product is not from a Toronto store front. It ships from China. Dollar store neckless and shoes. Shoes the wrong size TOTAL SCAM

This Store is a front for Shein like products from China, it would be fine if they were inexpensive but I paid $143.00 for 2 dresses and now have to ship to China instead of Toronto. My 13 year old told me the material feels like cheap bed sheets and that is how they feel. very disappointed, and highly doubt I'll get my money back once I ship to return.

Fake store. New scam where they create an online store that mimics a real store. Not shipping from where they said they would. Shipping from china not Toronto. No Canada post tracking provided. Not charging sales tax. Not spelling company name the same in emails when you reach out. Gmail account with weird spelling responding to inquiries.

Them, products ship from China. Sadly the quality advertised did not match the quality of the product received (for the price). I mean the bags are ok. But, I wouldn’t have paid what I did for them.
