Horrible experience
Horrible service by an attendant at the gate at King’s Cross today. My monthly travel card strip is not working at barriers and I asked for help, the guy completely ignored me and went straight to assist someone else without acknowledging me or asking what I required. He never explained I needed to use the other gate and when I challenged him he just stared at me in disgust. I was going to miss my train. He needs customer care training and to learn to communicate.
