This is a cowboy firm

This is a cowboy firm. Avoid at all costs. Wish I had read the reviews first before booking 3 tests. We wanted to change the time having read reviews about unreliability, to give us time before our flight to find somewhere else if needed. But while the website says the time of booking can be changed, there is actually no way to contact them to do so - they don't answer the phone or respond to email. We ended up cutting our losses and booking elsewhere though I will be pursuing a refund and submitting a complaint to the consumer ombudsman if this fails as I think this is false advertising.

The kit is really easy to use and I got…

The kit is really easy to use and I got the results 24 hours after I mailed the sample. Clear instructions are provided on how to collect the sample and it takes minutes. You don't have to shove the swab way up your nostril like the early PCR tests. Shipping label makes it convenient to drop off sample at a UPS location. To be safe, I dropped the package off at a UPS store. You get tracking information every step of the way. Results can be downloaded to a .pdf. I highly recommend.

I manage to find a good appointment on…

I manage to find a good appointment on Sunday in London. It was busy but the staff managed it fast and made sure I registered my result and had my result on time.
I also asked for discount for my day 2 PCR and they gave me one straight away.
