Order qnt protein shakes, order arrived but some of the bottles were smashed, I’ve tried emailing London supplements & had no reply at all, I’ve tried calling many times but never answered the phone. Very poor customer service imo!!!!

Ordered a TNP weights bench that I'd spotted elsewhere and these were advertising exactly the same. When it arrived it wasn't what was in the picture,more a model prior to the one wanted ! Already damaged from first use.

Product is good but delivery time is really poor

They didn’t ship the parcel on the date they provided the shipment code - instead they took their sweet time and opted for shipping my items on FRIDAY AFTERNOON when I had placed my order on WEDNESDAY. I was staying in an apartment for a short period - visiting London - and because of this belated shipment I missed the parcel and the company refuses to acknowledge my complaints about this or even answer my emails! I have no idea where my parcel is right now and I paid for it fully - but haven’t received it myself! I’m not even in the same country as the supplements I have paid for!

Left a 1 star review originally; long story short, the fulfilment went wrong and I wasn't impressed with the interaction with London Supplements.
Hats off to them, they then re-sent the entire package.
Things go wrong, I accept that. What sorts the wheat from the chaff is those that put it right - well done guys.

Very slow and dismissive service. 5 day delivery when 1-2 day service is paid for. Website isn’t updated with regard to stock levels and they’ll only notice a few days after. Higher prices than most including delivery charges and no attempt to compensate when the delivery is slower than paid for.

stop using Royal Mail to deliver your parcels as they are shocking, use EVRI instead please

I bought some Pea Protein recently and was really pleased with speed of delivery. The protein powder is very fine and hence easy to mix and tastes good. I’ll be topping up with some more soon.

Wrong order and no response to emails

Ordered a pre-workout and received a muscle builder supplement instead (not even in the same flavour as the pre-workout so it was fully wrong) - took ages to ship and have received no reply to 2 emails to them to try and fix this issue - I don’t want or use a muscle builder so have basically had £35.99 stolen as I did not receive the item I wanted and I can’t use this, it also took about 2 weeks to ship, don’t buy from this company
