For clarity, discount codes do need to be added into the discount code box at checkout manually by the customer, prior to placing an order for any discounts to be applied to your final order total.
In most cases this is a very straightforward fix — once we know which discount code you were trying to apply, we can review it and apply it to your order retroactively if it was valid at the time, so there’s no need to worry.

Mixed results
Simply sartorial 100% cottons are terrible. Cannot recommend, they are very rough and shorter than the other ones. They sit below the calf. Would not buy again.
Other regular simply sartorial socks are good. Feel nice and look good. Good length. Sit about the middle of the calf where you would expect. They don’t last very long though and wear through relatively quickly compared to other brands I’ve had (yes they still last a year, just).
Simply marl are soft, nice, and a good thickness and length. Can’t speak to how long they last as this is the first time trying them.
On the fence overall about if I feel the brand is truly good value for the quality vs price point they are at.
Delivery time was reasonable.

Regarding the Simply Sartorial 100% Cotton socks, these are made from pure cotton without elastane or synthetic fibres. Because of this, they don’t have the same stretch and recovery as our other socks, which do include small amounts of elastane or polyamide to help with elasticity and shape retention. As a result, the 100% cotton styles can feel a little less flexible and may sit slightly differently on the leg compared to the rest of the Simply Sartorial range.
They’re designed this way specifically for customers who prefer a completely natural fibre composition, but we understand that the fit and feel can be quite different from our standard socks.
We really appreciate your feedback on the other ranges as well — it’s helpful for us to hear how customers are finding the different styles over time. The socks are great but the delivery…
The socks are great but the delivery was not as promised. I already sent the complain about this but nothing happen.
According to the tracking information, I placed the order on 28 Jan, the shipment was not processed until 11 February, meaning it remained unprocessed for approximately 13 days before entering transit. Your website states that standard delivery takes 4–10 days, and based on this timeframe, I reasonably expected the order to arrive in time.
Unfortunately, I required the items by 17 February, and due to the delay prior to dispatch, this was not possible. I received it on 24 February. That took almost a month!?
