Nice socks and good material
Nice socks and good material, time will tell on quality if holes appear around joints etc. The packaging made them just a little bit special to open. Delivery quick.

LSC rewards scheme
LSC have a rewards scheme: disappointingly it is incredibly difficult to apply awards. I had recorded rewards of £61.10 and on attempting to apply to a purchase they decreased to £46.10 without even making a purchase. Despite contacting LSC x 3- situation still the same. I will not make any further purchases whilst this continues: I suspect actual people are not involved in complaints procedure just the normal robots used by ‘cheap’ companies.
Shame on you LSC- JUST LOST A CUSTOMER

The brand has beautiful colors
The brand has beautiful colors, patterns and experience but horrible socks in terms of comfort and reliability.
I wanted to add some color and patterns to my closet so ordered a box set from London Sock Co. to give it a chance. They are way over priced for socks that have an uncomfortable seam and don't stay up to save their life.

We do price our products accordingly as our socks are not mass produced.
They’re manufactured in Portugal by a small family-run business, and each pair is finished by hand. We also only use premium materials, including Scottish Lisle cotton, and every pair comes with a 12-month guarantee because of our commitment to quality and confidence in the product.
That said, we completely appreciate that comfort and fit are personal, and we’re sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with the seams and how the socks stay up.

Expensive socks but that’s the point. Great for a statement present and the occasional treat your self.
Great quality product, Brilliant packaging and service.
If you don’t want people commenting on your socks or choose to wear the same pair two days running trust me it will be noticed.
