This company has scammed my poor 13 year old daughter out of £110 of her birthday money. Unfortunately she has not received the trainers she ordered or had a refund and now no one answering her msgs via Instagram. She ask purchased via debit card with out my knowledge and so is not protected!!!! Proceed with caution as their reviews on Instagram look legit. But this company is a scam !

I bought a pair of trainers over…
I bought a pair of trainers over Christmas then waited till the first week of February for them. When they finally arrived, the box came all damaged, with them sending me the wrong size, when ordering they ask what size in UK but sent them in US. Been trying to get in contact with them ever since to having no replies at all, awful customer service with no care at all as long as they get paid

The website states company is based in London however the Royal Mail tracking information states my item is coming from China. Ordered 6/10/2021, despatched 22/10/021 and it's now 11/11/21 and I have no shoes. I have Royal Mail tracking information but nothing since they received it on the 25/10/021, Be very wary or ordering from this company.
Update - 19/11/21 Item arrives in the UK but the Royal Mail refuse to accept the parcel due to an issue with the address and return it! No replies to my messages - not happy at all!
Update - 21/11/21 So after adding a warning to their Instagram page I have now been blocked and they refuse to answer my queries. Does this sound like the actions of a reputable company?
