My wife and I are satisfied with this moving company. Very competent and polite movers that know their trade. The team arrived on time and took care of everything. The operator had told you we can pay a small fee to have them take care of packing and we decided to do just that. We haven’t unpacked everything yet but so far it seems all our belongings found their way to our new home with no obvious damage.

London Man and Van were unreliable and made moving a terrible experience for us. The lorry was 2 hours late, and with no call to say why they were late or apology. I had lots of furniture and boxes sat on the front lawn and ready to be on their way. I was relieved when they finally turned up, but knew it was going to be a long day. The loaders were not enthusiastic and had one pace and didn’t make any effort to catch up for the delay. I know that it wasn’t their fault and companies put far too much pressure on staff. But, I did pay for a service and expected a first class one at that. We ended up helping with the load or we wouldn’t have been on our way that day because of the delay! No way will I hire this company again!

My relocation went quickly because of your punctual services. Your team of movers disassembled all my furnishings and by noon all my belongings were packed and loaded into the moving van which was clean and fitted with the necessary safety features. The driver was extremely polite and the road trip was pleasant. Upon arrival all my possessions were quickly unloaded and the removalists reassembled by furniture with extreme care. I will recommend your services to all my friends, relatives and co-workers.

I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the assistance that you provided me during my relocation. Not only did you move all by possessions but you also took care of the accumulate rubbish by clearing it from my property. Your team of movers was absolutely phenomenal and thorough from the first to the last minute. The price was as quoted which surprised me as most companies always include a hidden fee. Kudos for your services and friendly and positive client approach.

Everything from the services to the price was as quoted. I requested packing/unpacking services and you didn’t even hesitate to fulfil my demand. I have never worked with a company that emphasises so much on the needs of its clients. Your movers came on time and immediately started working which only meant that my move would be finished ahead of time, which was the case at the end. I called late Monday night for an early pick up Tuesday morning. They were very nice, professional and really liked that I could text him the information. They arrived early, drove calmy and did a wonderful job.

If it has to do with any type of claim and he is reasonably price too. The turnaround time to get your car back is quick, and Van does honest work.
