Mistakes happen now and again. What defines the best businesses is how they deal with them. Londonmagic couldn't have done more to sort out my problems. First rate customer service. I would highly recommend them and will certainly look to use them in the future.

Product not delivered /no customer support/don’t return calls or emails avoid this company at all costs

Very good customer service! I ordered on ebay samsung watch and came with a problem on the screen, and I replied back to customer service which resolved my issue in no time by sending me a replacement. I am happy with this purchase.

Amazing customer service - especially these days, where it's usually "we've got your money, so not going to respond to any emails" which makes a very pleasant change! A delight to deal with!
I had a few issues - all of my own making, I must add! - but their customer service is second to none! Speedy replies and very willing to help me get to a HIGHLY SATISFACTORY resolution.

Purchased a battery and on arrival it was the wrong one, my fault by the way, anyway contacted the London magic store, and my god what a service, they went out and got the right battery for my phone as they didn't stock it, and it has arrived in less than 24hrs, honestly it company's like this that really show the true back bone of our country, above and beyond, thank you again the London Magic Store, all I can say is they really do ! do MAGIC.

I purchased a old phone from Londonmagicstore. On inspection the phone was in a next to new condition, no scratches on screen or back. I needed to contact the company to iron out a slight issue and they responded very quickly and left me a very happy customer.

I recently wrote a review of this company giving a 1 star and reasons why. I am delighted to be able to change my rating to 5 star as the company reached out to me immediately and resolved the issue. I was so impressed with the customer service I received which was unexpected but credit where credit is due, the were prompt and courteous. In light of that I would definitely shop in this store again.

Amazing service, bought 2 iPads for my boys both iPads started having battery problems i contacted seller and they dealt with it so quickly and replaced my iPads not only that they upgraded them for us so I didn’t have to wait for repairs… amazing service nothing was too much.
