I have used this company a number of times
I have used this company before and had good results quickly, more recently the results were not as quick, however I will be using them again as the kits are priced fairly but when people send in blood tests they want results between the 1-3 days that they advertise. I understand that sometimes Royal Mail is slow so to be fair it is not always the fault of this company if results are not given as quickly as I wanted.

Bought the test package cortisol
Bought the test package. It arrived very quickly. I left taking my sample till the Monday sent it straight away and got my results. From purchasing to getting results took one week. After registration they kept me updated to how the process was going. If in the future I feel that I need anything tested I would not hesitate to use this company again. Top class from start to Finnish. Thank you

Waste of time !!
First blood test was sent at same time as my wife's, hers got results 2 days later . Mine they said I sent it to late in week. Sent me another test , sent it back on the Monday... still waiting for them to even reply to my emails never mind my test results 1.5 weeks later !! Joke !

I was expecting a better breakdown of results for the testosterone test. Other companies for the same money was testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG and Albumin. 4 star review.. 5 stars would of been with the breakdown.

We received your sample on the 15th, and your results were reported on the 16th within 24 hours of receiving your sample. Please check your email before leaving an unfair negative review.
I never received my test kit
I never received my test kit. I have emailed the company and used tried their live chat and no response. No refund has been given.

Awful customer service.
No results received for a liver function profile they confirmed receiving on 1st April. Emailed, contacted on Instagram and called. No one has bothered to reply to any of my attempts to contact them.
Very unprofessional, not sure I would trust their results at this stage.
