Really poor service
Really poor service. Bought a pole for my garden and after waiting for 3 weeks, I call their customer service only to find out that the item was out of stock and they’ve issued a refund which I didn’t get and an email that I also didn’t receive.
1 star because I cannot go any lower!!
Will be writing a review also on social media about this!!!

We needed a replacement fence panel…
We needed a replacement fence panel after a storm.Ordering on the website was simple. The company kept us informed with messages about the delivery. On the day of delivery we were informed when the driver was on the way. The driver was courteous and helped me install the panel as part of the delivery which I appreciated. A great service which I highly recommend.

Excellent service
Excellent service, prompt delivery and driver very helpful stacking my items in front garden. All the items I bought (fence panels, gravel boards and trellis) were solid and robust for the garden and also very reasonably priced.
Will definitely use them again for any fencing issues or and also recommend them to friends and family.

Delivery was prompt. The driver was helpful with bringing fence panels to the gate, and the panels are sturdy and appear to be of high quality.
The pricing was also very competetive.

Great company
Great company, had no issues at all.
I was given a time for the delivery date that I chose and they kept in touch to let me know the exact time of delivery on the day. They even called me when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted it delivered earlier.
The driver contacted me when he was almost at my address, and he was very polite and friendly.
