I feel the same as the review below.Booked tickets for my family as an Xmas extra present one day before we went into tier three.We were all going to be in London on 30th December.
It’s my fault for not reading the t&c,s but we cannot get a refund and have to rebook by may 31st .I know businesses are struggling at the moment but the restaurants we booked over Xmas all refunded deposits etc .They cannot honour the booking so should refund the money.

Disgraceful
Disgraceful. I don’t live in the county and I booked the London eye for 17th December. Tier 3 has caused it to close and they won’t allow a refund! Only offered to rebook but have to do it before May 2021. I won’t be able to get back by then. I’ve lost my business through covid and this is how other treat you. Lovely!!!

The London Eye takes about 30mins to complete a full rotation so you get plenty of time to gaze out of the glass pod. There are benches and interactive features in the pods that ensure the customer experience comes first. I am very impressed with the London Eye and I would recommend it to all

Experience on the day was good but…
Experience on the day was good but terrible communication. Contacted them a day before the visit to ask for a change of time and date as one of my children had injured themselves. Email responded to straight away but it was auto generated. Sent another email on the day but no response. Very disappointing as I had to leave the child that was not well behind
while I took her siblings without her which felt sad really.
The phones are useless as well because there was never anyone available to respond. Disappointing customer service but the experience on the day was faultless.

Not worth the money
I'm giving 4 stars because my fiancee liked it. I would personally give it 3. I don't understand the picture at the end as it takes picture of your party but includes other people that were inside which don't really care to have them in it. Nobody was available to ask if they could be cropped out so I didn't buy it. Also I know they won't cut prices but they need to be. The price isn't worth the ride at all. It's worth $20 at best.
