sheepskin gloves
I ordered some sheepskin gloves for my wife. Their website shows the Tan gloves as being light in colour (more camel than brown) with a definite "leather" surface finish - definitely not suede and quite luxurious smooth sheepskin wool interior. The gloves that arrived were a darker (definitely Tan) and NOT the same as those advertised AND they were suede NOT the leather finish advertised. In my opinion they were a different product to that advertised. The sheep skin wool lining was a "bitty" nothing like the luxurious lining the advertised for this product.
My wife liked them (they were a surprise for her) so I kept the gloves. However, when you try to use their website to leave a review, the review link appears to be a "dummy" link - it doesn't do ANTYHING. I phoned the company and like the previous reviewer, I got a receptionist who "didn't appear to know anything but would pass the message on". Would not buy from them again.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT
I have ordered from their other company City Cows before and had a good experience.
However this time I ordered from London Cows (same phone number for all the Cow sites).
10 days on and still haven’t received my order, nobody knows anything when you phone only to be put through to reception as they call themselves and can only pass a message on. No answer to emails.
I just want my order please, number. 2664. If I don’t get the response I’m looking for I will claim back through PayPal.
This is all too stressful to put up with.
