While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

These guys are not a reliable company

These guys are not a reliable company. They charge arbitrary amounts as “tax” without providing any invoice to prove it. If you’re planning to use their service, I would strongly advise against it and save yourself the trouble.

They charged me 12,000 for something I bought for 7,500, and I also faced issues with damaged items and missing food packages. When I complained, they simply told me not to use their service again and took no responsibility for their mistakes.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service.

We have reviewed the shipment and can confirm that this order included electronics, which fall under restricted/DG goods and should not be sent through the service without prior consultation and approval. This requirement is clearly set out in the terms and conditions agreed to when using our Shop & Ship service.

In addition, electronics are subject to destination-country duties, taxes, and clearance-related charges. These charges are separate from the airfreight charges and are part of the import process at destination, as outlined in our service terms.

We also take any allegation of lost or damaged items seriously. However, at this stage, we have not received any supporting evidence in relation to those claims. We have requested full details so that we can investigate the matter properly and respond accordingly.
