Thank you so much for your help. My Roku was really not himself. I tried everything I could but it seemed as if he was getting worse but your advise really helped. I bought the eSHa product and been checking the water daily. The temperature drop must’ve just really affected him from when the heater turned off. I was so worried it was a parasite but he seems to be doing so much better and is nearly fully back to normal.

Louise was very knowledgeable, well equipped and punctual - highly recommended. We look forward to using her again.

I Recently had my latest consultation from Dr bryony as I had a concern with one of my fish now we all really love our fish, don’t we Otherwise I guess we wouldn’t be registered with a veterinary professional .it can be so worrying when something strange is going on and you don’t know what to do but not only is Bryony so professional and knowledgeable her reassuring and calm approach instantly puts your mind at ease as soon as she pulls up on the driveway with all her equipment in the back of the car i’m so glad that I’m registered as one of her clients it’s great to know that help is not far away when it’s really needed. I can highly recommend her veterinary services to anyone who really cares about their fish and their aquatic world in which they live.

Bryony was very professional. She checked everything and made sure she didn't miss anything. She asked many questions and discussed the situation with me, she did several water checks and then she examined my goldfish very carefully and thoroughly. Sadly my goldfish could not be saved, but she was so kind and compassionate. I wish I had known about her sooner.

Exceptional service from Bryony to ensure the booking process worked for an unusual situation, and from Louise for her care on the visit.
Louise’s professional knowledge and expertise were applied to the pond check, water parameters and fish health checks where scrapes were viewed under the microscope to check for parasites etc.
It was massively reassuring to know all parameters are clear and fish are in good health.
The comet who needed to be euthanized was looked after with great care. Louise checked whether I wanted an autopsy to discover the cause of the distention, explained what this would involve, ensured the fish was fully dead and carried this out discreetly and sensitively to discover genetic polycystic kidney disease.
I cannot rate her work highly enough. Everything was discussed and explained, info, advice, guidance & options were given and I was fully involved in all decisions.

What a transformation! I was struggling to find the cause of my unhappy koi, but one visit from Bryony, and one week later after treatment it’s like a completely different pond, koi are going crazy for food, water is crystal clear and parameters are much improved.

It was clear the moment I met Bryony, That she knew her profession and also I felt reassured she understood my beloved koi “Cas”, she progressed through the consultation with precise professionalism and gave “Cas” a thorough checkup. Prescribed a course of treatment which we will follow precisely. Requested that we got two products, Aqua Sed for the injections and Sukan Ni Pro, both have been acquired. Bryony was also very clear about prognosis, but if we don’t try then I’ll always be wondering “what if”. All together a very professional Aquatic Vet and I have no reservations in recommending her. It was Louise who came this time.
She was very quick and efficient.
Two huge Golden Orfe were calmed in a big bucket with some anaesthetic in to have a scrape and nothing bad was found under the microscope.
Same with a goldfish.
I’m so pleased all the fish are healthy after lots of deaths last year when Bryony diagnosed multiple skin diseases which after treatments recovered quite quickly.

Bryony was super amazing with my two boys ( 2x Goldfish). She gave so much advice and thoroughly checked over the fish health. She put my mind and heart at ease. I was really worried about them. I had my first visit with the Bronze subscription which I highly recommend for aquariums/tanks for a thorough check up and so much advice explained in simple terms.
