Awful, faulty glasses arm fell off after a month. Was told general wear and tear so would not replace or refund! After only a month. Ridiculous

I bought some glasses .Hollywood reading glasses in transparent brown.. they are lovely looking glasses and look decent quality. Unfortunately they are humongous on me. I can't look from side to side let alone down without them moving. Shame as they are really nice. Not worth sending back as you need to send back recorded delivery and that will cost a bit. May as well find a man who they will fit. Not suitable for average women's face ... they are truly a mans fit.

Excellent reading glasses. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday. Attractive frames. Quality is very good. I’ve had for almost a month and they are absolutely fine quality wise.

I know the quality is very good.i have been wearing bins for 45 years .and when buy a pair for less then 19 quid..your on a winner..you can put any lence in them..verifocal etc.etc. and they look great

Really awful quality frames and no warranty …. Read other reviews before buying from London Mole, both side hinges broke within a month and they refuse to even replace them because I put my lenses in but everyone is saying the hinges break.

I think the glasses are fine, but when the lenses are scratched, which inevitably happens to me, they won't supply a new lens, and therefore you have to discard an otherwise perfectly sound pair of glasses. I took it up with the company direct, and got some bunkum response...Back to Izipizi, where they will help!

Bought these a few times they look that good. Frame around hinges breaks consistently as plastic breaks away from hinges.

I bought 3 pairs. They arrived pretty quickly and I like the design. But when I look down they fall off my face. I have compared them to several other brands and the arms do not bend inwards after the ear, gripping your head, in the same way ALL other brands do. So of course I want to return them. But guess what, they want me to pay for the return? What a truly terrible brand experience. I can see from other reviews that I should not have bothered and could have expected the specs to fall apart shortly - I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses (3 different styles/colours) and I love them all! Actually prefer them to my usual Raybans- they’re flattering, stylish, well made, and really affordable! My husband now wants a pair too.

Look great for a while, until a screw comes loose, weak plastic on the hinges...tiny screw try tightening.
That's what you get at this price.
Have found more robust & cheaper on the electric Bay.
Have my white moles as emergency spares at work.

Bought 3 pairs all arms fell off. Emailed and they wanted me to fill out a repairs form for each individual product, they also wanted uploads of purchase documentation even when I provided them with my order number and date of purchase.
It was that much hassle I could not be bothered.
Poor quality product.

Had quite a few pairs of these now and the little screw keeps coming loose that holds the arms on, weak spot on these glasses it’ll come loose and then not tighten up and eventually arm will fall off, no chance of finding screw as it’s so small, avoid these like the plague customer service say it’s never happened before.

Gorgeous glasses at such a great price, look and feel expensive. Have put my whole family onto the blue blockers!

Can't recommend this brand enough. I already own quite a few of the styles they carry but have just received my latest pair, Hollywood in green, and they are my new favourite. They are very nice to wear and are super stylish too. I wish they did more colours in this range though.

I've bought probably 6 pairs of Spacey's from London Mole as I love the design (and they are very comfortable) BUT they are not fit for purpose as every pair has snapped in the same place (the frame immediately above the nosepiece) 6-12 months into wearing them. So they are quite pricey for what seems to be flawed/cheap material material.

Great products, fab customer service and speedy delivery. I get so many compliments on my sunglasses!

I purchased one pair of glasses from London Mole because I loved the shape of the frames. A test purchase to buy more.
They came, they were great and what was advertised, on closer inspection the arm on the frame was loudly clicking only on one side and when open it actually rolled vertically between your fingers which the other side didn't. It made me feel like there was something wrong and that the arm of the glasses was going to detach. I sent them back.
Now to purchase is £15 + £3.95 delivery. The return cost was also £3,95.
When I eventually had a refund if £15. Where was my refund of shipping costs that they had charged me to send, and then return their faulty goods. I complained. Only to be told return costs are due to the customer. This breaks customer trading rules if the goods are faulty . After complaining yet again they refunded the sending to me shipping costs. And nothing else. Now I am with no glasses that were sub standard and faulty that I returned but I now have the debt of sending them back to them of £3.95 at my expense.
No goods and £4 down. Not a great buy Is it.
