Bought a flight from Tennerife to London some month ago... was just told that its cancelled with no alternative given. So now I have to find a new flight which will obviously be more expensive and harder to find than a month ago...

Cancelled our flight. Failed to send a cancellation email at all. I only found out about the cancellation several days later when I saw it covered in the news. We were able to rebook, but had to pay double the price due to the high demand, again because of no cancellation email, we arrived late to rebook our flights meaning flights had increased massively in price due to demand.
Avoid them at all costs. They are not a real carrier, but a virtual one. They do not own their own fleet and they clearly do not have operational policies in place to cover operator withdrawals relying instead on "verbal assurances" from the operators they were working with.
This indicates that they are clearly poorly managed at an executive level.
While they have managed to refund me, I am still £150 out of pocket due to having to rebook the flight. Thanks Flylolo/Loloflights. I definitely won't ever be using you again.
