Lovely product and great option for a lockdown birthday gift. We had an issue with the initial delivery and the team were wonderful about sorting it out for us and providing and correctly delivering a replacement, which was greatly appreciated.

Ordered a bouquet to be sent to Melbourne - received a phone call to confirm that the Company was located in Canberra and it would be a couple of days until it got there - and it was delivered as expected and packed beautifully and protected. Was ok for it to take a few days as they kept me up to date and my expectations were that it would be there at the end of the week, would use again definitely.

I ordered early for Easter for my family in Australia ( I live in the UK) I discovered through Skype call that what was delivered was not what I ordered . So disappointing . Customer service were simply rude when I complained - putting myself and my family in the wrong . They offered a voucher for my next purchase which won't happen after their offensive email . Maybe a contact to ask if a substitution is acceptable would be reasonable customer service ? Rather than a snippety email with veiled suggestions of dishonesty and manipulation by their customer . Have bought from them before but never again . So , Lollypotz keep your $30 - I can shop wherever I choose and it won't be with you .

Louise at Lollypotz was amazing. I was desperate for a great idea for my sons 21st after finding out he couldn’t be with us, and we were on the other side of Australia. My experience with Lollypotz was exceptional, the chocolate boquet i had sent for my friends birthday was amazing for what i had paid and she was so happy, the service i hot when i called was also amazing and acurate when it came to the information i required to make the surprise that even more special and would recomend lollypotz to everyone i know.

Two weeks after my order I had still not received confirmation of delivery. I followed up with Lollypotz customer service who then advised they were experiencing issues with the post (I completely understand this considering the current circumstances) but one week later, my order had still not been delivered. After following up with Lollypotz customer service again, they advised they would send another order out as they could not locate my original order.
My original order was placed on the 30th of September 2020 and on the 26th of October (still no delivery of first or second) I asked them to issue me with a refund. It is now the 5th of November and they have not refunded my money.
I used another company, who made the delivery within 48hrs.
