I create an account 20.08.2025. I had a few succesfull deposits and withdrawals. One week ago I create next withdrawal for 200 Eur. After two months playing on this site they closed my account.
They wrote this:
More specifically, Article 10.3 of our Terms of Use states:
“If it appears to us that you are a resident of a country where the use of the Website is not legal, or that you are using the Website from such a country, we are entitled to immediately close your account.”
But now I can still create new account from Czech Republic! I think they closed my account because I had more withdrawals than deposits.
They should pay me the withdrawal from 11.10.2025 of 200 euros and the rest of balance 400 euros. If they do it, I am ok with closing my account.
EDIT 21.10.2025 - I sent response via email to support lollybet, I will inform you here if they pay their debt and after that I will uptade my review.
EDIT 25.10.2025 - They still ignore my email and still hold my balance.
EDIT 05.11.2025 - Still ignore my email. They stole my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!
