Expensive collar never arrived and ghosted emails
I bought an expensive dog collar, they said it was out of stock and they would send it when it came back in. It’s been 2 months and my emails have been ignored, and no collar has arrived. Extremely disappointing.

Was searching for a particular ball online and Lola & Nell came up with exactly what I wanted. I’d not heard of them before and am always dubious when using a new site and couldn’t find any reviews other than testimonials on their own site. I decided to place my order and take a chance and so glad I did! Ordering was quick and easy and very quickly my order arrived, perfectly packaged and exactly what I wanted.
