This wine shop is fantastic, with staff who are both welcoming and well-informed. I highly recommend exploring their wine tastings, available both in-store and online, as they offer a delightful mix of education and entertainment. I needed a particular wine (Antinori Chianti Classico) for a 60th birthday. According to search engines it's only available by single bottles at a few retailers in the UK. From those I chose Loki in Birmingham. I placed the order for 3 bottles but called just to check that delivery in 1-3 days would really be achieved (I'd left it later than is sensible).
They were quick to answer and very helpful on the phone. Confirmed the 3 wines selected were all available. The wines arrived in Wetherby, West Yorks the following day. Brilliant - and a good selection online from what I saw.

I was looking for a wine that was not easily sourced in Glasgow 'Time waits for no one' Monastrel. Found it on Loki Wines. In order to take advantage of the free delivery tried to buy a case on -line. Hit a problem, spoke with one of the store staff, Melissa, who checked and found that there was only a few bottles, which explained things. Re-ordered along with another wine and all worked well, prompt delivery (ordered Friday, arrived Tuesday, am). The bottles were very securely held individually with shaped cardboard. So, thank you Loki wines and if I get stuck again looking for a wine I will check you out.

Halfway through my first subscription wine box and so far very good. The wine arrived promptly and well packaged and it was a very interesting selection of wines. All the wines I have tasted so far have been excellent quality and I look forward to the next case!!

I really liked the Summer Wine fair. It was well organised, there was a good selection of wine and the ambience was great. I have liked some previous venues more than Millenium Point, but that is my only quibble.

Great wine merchant. Friendly and knowledgeable. If you get the chance, check out their in-store and online wine tastings too - always informative and a barrel of laughs! If you like your wine classy, unstuffy and reasonably priced, this is the place for you. You're welcome.

A great team who always organise a fun and informative night at a fab price. Was nice after a month to revisit old friends and faces roll on July's tasting - cant wait thanks Team Loki and Anderson and Hill. Will never forget the phrase "a Marilyn Monroe cheese"!!!

Grateful thanks to Phil and the team for organising so many interesting wine and gin tastings. Wine and cheese education has never been so much fun!

We've how attended 5 wine tasting evenings with Loki. The quality and variety of the wine is brilliant. Phil and Paul are very knowledgeable and facilitate a good discussion with the guest wine representative. Will the Cheese Man is a great character and always introduces some wonderful cheese. Will definitely continue doing these even when real life resumes.
