Logozila started off great providing me with all the details i needed, unfortunately when it came to designing my logo and website they stopped responded and haven't heard from them since months later and phone lines are now disconnected so there is now way to contact them or receive my logo or website. I have fully paid and left without services provided or money back

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid for a website 9 months ago and I am still waiting. They dont even reply to messages no more. PLEASE PEOPLE I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY!!

Bad business practices and poor customer service. My business used them for our company logo. No problem with the logo. Steve Gilbert contacted me about doing a webpage. I told him we had a webpage and he pointed out all of the problems and he could make it better. I told him we were a new company and it was not in our budget. My business partner and I eventually let him do the webpage, the $600 plan. This was back in December and we still are having issues and nothing has been changed. I've been calling for a month and no one return my calls or emails. Once they received the payment in full they were done with us. Prior to, Steve would constantly call my business partner or myself and upsell Logozila. We told him we wanted to pay half and the other half once the website was complete. We paid in full prior to completion, now nothing! I would like a refund at this point and checking with the BBB and my bank to see what can be done. New potential customers, do yourself a favor and don't use this company.

Very poor customer service. They created me a logo which was good and that I liked. I liked it so much that I had them create my website and that's when all the problems began. They continually try to upsell you on things and customer service is awful. I had many issues with the site and emails after deployed. I contacted them many times and they either didn't respond or did not fix the issue. I did not receive business emails for weeks. Their servers are not reliable. I eventually had to switch web hosting services. And get part of my site rebuilt. Do yourself a favor and use someone else to build and host your site. even if its a little more, its a better option.

They take your money and do not deliver the products or services. This is my honest story. Based in the Uk, I asked Logozila to make me a website in November 21, they took my money and did not build my website now I am in march 22. They will not answer the phone and they do not reply back to emails. When Logozila taking your money they are very professional.
I feel very upset and down, I always help people and this is how I get treated.
If anyone can help me I'll be very grateful 🙏

My experience with Logozila has been excellent from start to finish. Amanda was extremely helpful and attentive to my project. Amanda and the team worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got the perfect design. I would definitely use Logozila again in the future!

First I want to say "Excellent customer service" to Logozila for helping me solve a big problem and meet my deadline in a short time frame.

I was sent new logo designs to review for my new logo. It was hard to choose from all the nice designs. I had to do a poll on my social media to decide be cause I wanted them all. When the order was placed my assistant sent the wrong one to be approved I was upset. I thought I was going to be stuck with the wrong logo. I called (Logozilla) to tell them of the mistake that was made by my assistant.

Logozila worked fast to get me the correct logo I needed In time for my event. Again thank you for working with me... I love my logo.

Amazing group! Anytime I had any questions they responded right away. I had Andy and he was awesome! Made sure that my logo came out exactly how I wanted. If you're looking for a good group to create your logo. This is the place to do it. Thank you to everyone who has worked on the project 🙏🏽

An update to my last review. Someone from this company reached out to me after my review and offered me a refund if I take down my last review. I told him that I will mention an update to my last review if you refund me the money and he started talking about brand reputation. My serious advice to them is if they want to save their brand reputation, hire some creative people for doing the logo and label design and not try to have the programmers do both the jobs, it will never be good. Well, at the end I don’t have my refund which I wasn’t expecting at the first place but I am amazed by their guts to call me and ask me to take down my review. All the positive reviews seem to have been done by fake entities. If you notice at the trail of these reviews within the past month and the scale of this company, I have never seen so many reviews done for any company of this scale. They are just trying to fake it here at how good of a company this is. Please Beware if this scam company!!

Very pleased with the work the team provided. I have a wonderful Logo that I'm extremely happy with. They were very professional and had exceptional communication throughout the process. They were very timely and accomadating with revisions and didn't make you feel like you were bothering them. I would definitly use Logozila for any upcoming projects. I highly recommend that you use Logozila for all your Logo needs. Once again great job and much love to the Logozila team!!!
