Great experience so far....
I am waiting to see final product, but so far this has been a great experience. The artwork changes they have suggested so far is definitely an improvement of original I sent in.

The ordering process was fast and easy
The ordering process was fast and easy. The quality and price were also good. They did not ship a table cover that was ordered and the artwork did not match my order. I have left several messages and sent emails with no reply.

So far so good. Ashley has been a wonderful customer rep walking me through the steps to placing an order, answering quickly and professionally all of my numerous questions. Anxiously waiting for a proof before tent goes to print. Excited for the end product.

Ordered four tents for four different…
Ordered four tents for four different restaurants, but made a mistake on one design. The company actually reached out about the mistake and helped me through fixing it. Other companies would've just let me make my mistake and charged me anyway. I really appreciated their prompt and helpful customer service!

I really wish you have downloadable…
I really wish you have downloadable template to properly place the art on top and send in. I was very frustrated that I would save each side of the tent or flag banners but the proof showed them at different angles. The site needs a better process for auto saving.

Sorry, we let you down on that part. We've tried to make the online experience as simple as possible to help all types of customers but seems like we missed being able to tell you that we do have downloadable template files. We will work to make this more noticeable for the next time.

Their online design tool works really slick, and they even were able to help me customize our design further beyond my online design. Pricing was very competitive verses a couple other quotes I checked into. They were even able to work with me on my short lead time needs. Looking forward to our delivery!

Great custom printed tent!
Slight challenge when trying to upload logo but the helpful staff at LogoTent resolved the challenge quickly. Tent was produced and shipped quickly. We’re very pleased and the tent looks amazing!
