I originally first ordered from them to get my dad a new logo for his company because his was looking a bit outdated and for $35 I really couldn't go wrong. The service was advertised as get 3 designs, and revisions. Upon ordering it took about a week and a half to get my logos back to me, not the 72 hours they had advertised. I had to email them asking why it was taking so long (a common experience among other customers) and the next day they magically showed up.

After looking at the logos and having described what I wanted it was a total joke what I had received, four logos, one that had to do more with what I actually described, one that looked like it came out of the year 3000 and two that looked unbelievably stupid and nothing like what I asked for. I received a call asking which logos I wanted to finalize, not wanting to deal with them any longer I just told them the one I thought was the best looking. Now, I did not get any revisions, which is unfortunate, because I specifically asked for them and was ignored but didn't care enough to do anything about it as it was only $35.

Where they try to get you is when they try to tell you that you should trademark the logo under the patent office. First of all, you don't need to trademark you corporate logo. Second of all, you're protected under copyright inception laws concerning people copying your logo without needing to trademark. I sniffed this out right away and turned it down to which I got an awkward pause and then she quickly hung up. Based on other customer experiences they try to sell you a patent filing for $835.

I dealt with Elias and Sophia and I can say that both are inexperienced as designers at best and unprofessional at worst. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because it cost $35.

I am very dissatisfied with this company and the people that are writing a good review just be them writing them or people that they know! They are robbers this this company been promising me my website for 3 months and I paid them over $740 for nothing I keep asking for my money back they would not refund my money this company is boggish.PLEASE DON'T USE THEM....

I don't have the time to write a lengthy review, but their best work is done when asking for your mney. I filled out their online survey for a logo, and thought it was a good and helpful tool. For some reason, after completing it three different times, and submitting in rthrough their portal, they claim they never received it. The price is actractive, but I cannot begin to calculate the cost of my time trying to get the task completed.

Logoinfinix exceeded my expectations by producing an exceptional logo that not only looked professional but was also able to capture the very essence of my brand. Something that is extremely important to me as a creator. Mac was especially helpful in making sure I was well taken care of and all requests were met. Would easily do business with them again.

This company has made a beautiful Logo, Product Label and Website for me, amidst all the Covid delays and problems 2020 has presented. Ask for Mac Jones, he was truly amazing to work with. Great personality and hard worker, this guy gets it done! He's a great communicator and quick responder! You can't go wrong if you work with Mac Jones! He's awesome! However, I must say all the guys on the team that worked with me have been very kind and considerate! I highly recommend!

I just needed a basic logo for a startup. Process was pretty painless. Would have given 5 stars but I was pretty much turned off by the sales pitch for more services than I needed for my purpose even after stating I was not interested on more than one occasion.

I am giving this review to the full truth of what transpired with my dealings with Logoinfinix

I signed up on Oct 1, 2020 to get a logo design, they called me and upsold me to a logo with a animated logo at a price of $300.00 USD was told it would take 48hrs to completion, they sent me a link to pay by CC so I did.

On October 1, 2020 I completed the design initial debrief, Then 5 days later on October 6, 2020 I emailed them asking where my logos are, they replied later that day and I finally received some logo designs to choose from, before day end I picked one that was ok and told them to go ahead with the one I agreed to.

On October 7 they called me again, not to talk about my logo design or animation design but to offer web hosting and website design, I did not agree and said I would not do anything until I received what I had already paid for. This was all offed at a discount off their regular price, I felt like I was being pressured into purchasing a product that I did not have the time to research.

On October 8, 2020 they called me and asked again for web hosting and web design.... I refused, they them transferred me to another department and offered trademarking my logo for $849.00 USD for lifetime, I refused as I do not find it necessary as we are a corporate company.

On October 9 they called again to discuss purchasing lifetime hosting and website design for a discount at only $748.00 USD, I thought ok that is an ok price, I agreed to it but only when both my logo design and animation logo was 100% completed, well that was not the case they went ahead and charged my CC for $748.00 USD this was done without my authorization as the first services were not completed.

Now it was October 10, 2020 still no files from them for logo design or animation logo, I emailed them informing of my disappointment and informed them of the $748.00 USD charge on my CC that I did not authorize, they did email back the next day on October 11, 2920 with 10 files of logos that were nothing like what I originally approved! With no mention of the $748.00 charge to my CC.

October 12, 2020 I am now frustrated, I emailed to tell them that I was not happy at all with the final logo as not all of them match the one I approved, in my frustration I requested again a full refund for $300.00 USD and also for the $748.00 USD for the web hosting and web design I did not authorize.

Morning of October 13, 2020 13 days after payment I get animation files that are not acceptable to me, changes need to happen, I replied again that I want a full refund in the amount of $1048.00 USD as I am not happy with the services provided and definitely not happy with the unauthorized charge of $748.00 USD to my CC.

Unfortunately they tried many times to call me but I was working in the field with very very poor reception and could not answer the calls.

Evening of October 13, 2020 I am emailing them again to request a call back some of the logo designs and the animation logo is not what I approved, I will give them a chance to make things right.

OK now it’s October 14, 2020
Got off the phone with LogoInfinix and they are willing to work with me to make things right, good on them.... If they do the changes in a timely fashion I will be happy with the design of my logo, also they are willing to issue a credit for the charge of $748.00 USD, I decided I am going to waiting to see how the logo design turns out, if all good I will most likely use their services for website design and hosting.

I did make it clear to them that I was disappointed that they charged me for those services before the first services were completed. Seems like they understand my concerns, will update when everything is finalized, and provide a update.

This is my experience to date with Logoinfinix, it was a bumpy start but seems to be getting better as they are willing to make the changes to my logo design. Really think they try but believe they should state more realistic timelines.

Hopefully I will be upgrading this review to 5 stars as I hope they follow through with what was promised all in a timely manner with realistic timelines.

They have really stepped up to the plate, I am happy with the final logo design, the logo animation looks professional, so with both I am really happy, seems our communications are much better now than in the beginning so I have decided to let them continue on with my website design, I am excited to see how it turns out and how long it will take from start to finish, I will update as it progresses.

I think Logo Infinix was a great ave to take toward getting the job done for my project. I highly recommend there service. My account manger was also pretty cool.

My experience with Logo Infinix has been mostly positive with some unfortunate and unexplained problems along the way. The creation of my logo package was quick and excellently done. However, the process of creating the website was quite a struggle with poor communication during the middle of the process. I think a few adjustments in the communication methods could easily earn them a top rating. I will add though that my last account manager Jake worked very hard to get the project completed and to address every issue as it came up.

Alleana did a great job of resolving the few small details we had to work. She was timely in handling my edit & revision requests. I am so excited at the final result of my logo. Ready for my website NOW👋🏾
