This company is a total rip-off. Don't be fooled, and they lure you in with big promises for an inexpensive price, then keep up charging you to death and deliver nothing.

Stacey and the team did an amazing job with my logo. The communication, responsiveness, and ease of getting my ideas into the logo design and having them add their creative artistic touch. The price is very affordable for the service they offer. I holy recommend using this company for your logo

Contacting and securing the services of LogoGrand was efficient and easy as was the entire process of developing our company’s webpage to our specifications. Working as a team is crucial and their services provided exactly that. I found that they were amenable to implement our ideas and photos and were able to communicate quickly for each revision. Its not easy to verbalize ideas, but they were on point bringing it to life. It often took seeing our own ideas developed and on the screen to decide if they actually worked for us and changes were made yet again. No complaints from Logogrand and they were always polite and professional until we were satisfied. Together we were able to finalize a beautiful, user friendly, business website that represents our company. Its not easy to keep track and go back and forth with changes and I am experienced having worked with other designers in the past. We were never rushed or limited. I highly recommend LogoGrand and their team. They don’t stop until it's exactly what you want.

I used LogoGrand for the development of my logo for a new home based business! L4 Seasonings is a new company I am launching for seasonings, BBQ Rubs, Sauces, etc. Stacey Daniel was my project manager and Oscar did all the crazy things I requested, and they both did an amazing job! I never felt like I was asking too much and they always delivered what I asked for and did so in a very timely manner! As I begin to have an online presence, I will be using more of their capabilities to grow my brand, my company and my line!!! Thank you Stacey, Oscar and LogoGrand!!!

It is the third time that I use LogoGrand services. They designed an entire company identity named RA1SE.com with logo, stationary, all kind of marketing materials, etc. I also booked the website design with the long term support. Olivia was the project manager and Fernandes the website developer. The duo performed beyond expectations, day and night to meet the deadline. The weekends included they replied within minutes and any change was implemented immediately. The collaboration is excellent and the result is a miracle in short time. Thank you for the great work and you are the first address for my future projects.

Good to deal with providing quick response with drafts of logos. Had intended to only do one logo but was so pleased that I arranged for two other logos for other sectors of my company.

Logo Grand designed my logo and header cards and did a fantastic job. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. Excellent quality. Shane Sabastian and James Morgan did a great job. My experience from start to end with Logo Grand was enjoyable.

As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for... and I certainly had a low-budget experience with logo design from logogrand.com.

TL;DR version: atrocious customer service, complete lack of creativity, feedback on design briefs ignored, and an overall bad experience.

In addition to my original brief, I provided copious feedback, examples, mock-ups and even fonts I liked during editing rounds and the designer mostly ignored these. When I expressed frustration and dissatisfaction after several rounds of edits because we were no closer to getting what I wanted, I requested that we end the process and a refund be issued. Since it was clear I wouldn't get a logo that I actually wanted from logogrand.com, I actually created one that I liked and was happy to use it.

I received the most unprofessional response from Jessica Brown, who was assigned to my account - and she basically threatened legal involvement (in the exact words used, 'we will go legal') because I was unhappy with the work provided. She then went on to take phrases from my previous emails out of context to make it look like I had said things that were the complete opposite of what she claimed. All of this was written alongside her claiming - and this is a direct quote - 'we believe customer satisfaction is the highest priority. :)' In addition, she wrote 'I personally urge you to provide inspirations or reference images for your logo, as I believe brief is not enough now in your case'... and yet I had provided three mock-ups, 32 font preferences, a pinterest mood board, and more than 50 examples of existing logos that I liked.

It was only after I raised a complaint about this absolutely unacceptable approach to customer service that someone more senior stepped in to assist.

The end result was basically the logo that I had already designed... and even though it wasn't 100% what I wanted - probably not even 60% of what I wanted to be honest - I was so fed up with the process that I accepted one of the logos just to move on with the process of launching my business.

Still waiting on my business card refund. Had to go with another web builder due to lack of communication. Had to change my email and web address on cards. Promised refund of $299 several months ago. 6 emails sent to billing and no response at all!

Logo Grand has been very helpful with the logo design process for my company Commerce Kings. The project has been very smooth with quick turn around time. James Morgan was the project manager assigned to me and was very helpful and professional from start to finish. Logo Grand works with you to their fullest capacity. Reputable and legit. Definitely would recommend.

LogoGrand was a great access to my business. My project manager, Jessica Brown is amazing! She was patient with me and easy to reach. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with my design. My logo designer, Oscar, was fast with accommodating my request. It was a pleasure to work with LogoGrand, Jessica Brown (project manager), Mary Keen (art designer), and the team. From beginning to end they provided me with options for my business logo, were open to feedback, and didn't require me to baby step them through the process. Initially, another logo designer wasn't able to execute my vision, however, LogoGrand came through with bringing my vision to life. They are very professional and communication is quick and seamless. I would do more business with them in the future.

They did everything I asked for in designing my logo the way I wanted it. The communication was great and designing my logo did not take more than a week. I am very satisfied with how well they worked with me and I hope to continue working with these guys I definitely would recommend to anybody who needs a logo design or anything. Thank you guys!

This is the best team that We have ever had the pleasure of working with, the project manager Olivia, Martin the design expert. They are friendly, professional and amazingly talented. They worked with us on our logo for our restaurant Taste Creole and delivered EXACTLY what we were looking for in a short période of time.The only downside to this review is that 5 stars just does not seem like enough. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the price and will recommended them at 💯%.

I worked with James Morgan for WriteFast.ca’s logo. You can see their designs on my Instagram, LinkedIn (Mario Sbardella) and company website. They give you unlimited revisions so you’ll always be satisfied. They have really great artists and come up with all kinds of professional designs but I wanted minimal.

I went to logogrand with clear instructions and diyed examples for them to follow and i get a good discount. In spite of that, they still offered creative design options with the options that i asked for. They even created an icon for me to use instead of a public domain one i came to them with. They take a good briefing online, but Jessica Brown still communicated with me to discuss my requirements. She continued to communicate with me throughout the process. She was friendly and understanding and I already started planning our next design project with her.
