Worst experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company! I was quoted one price and something always came up where I had to be charged again. Finally the company overcharged me and filed a complaint with my rep Ethan and was promised a refund. Refund never came and the company refuses to return my calls, e-mails, and texts.

These guys are thieves. They pressure you into making a purchase because of a sale. Then they put 3-4 different people on the phone under the guice that the person that sold you the package had no authority. They never refund your money and never give you the product purchased. They are thieves.

Everything has been positive with this company. The efficiency with which my logo was originally delivered three years ago was great. I just needed a slight revision on it and they’ve done it within 48 hours. Great service and good price!

Logogenies are thieves. They promise services they can not deliver. They say there is a money back guarantee then never return your funds. They have salespeople and officers of the company that support their fraud. Don't trust them.

Very easy to use, great results when it comes to logo designs, templates and additional marketing material options like stamps, business cards, ...

Im launching diffrent websites and used this 3 times already. Its quick, good and i really like it. I will not spent time making another logo, but will use Logogenie for sure.

The site was easy to use and created some fun options for the logo project I needed to complete. When a minor problem game up regarding a font not working properly, I received an email response in less than 12 hours which was good because I think this company is based in another country and not the United States where I live. They provided new the means to edit my logo. I appreciate the good service, when something doesn't go quite perfect. I will use this service again.

The Logo generating algorithm is amazing, but the customer service is s-l-o-w. It can take days or weeks to get an answer. BUT, if all you need is to create a great logo, the website rocks and gets 5 Stars. The Customer Service get 2 Stars.
