Stevie wonder could've done a better job with the stitching

Awful, awful, awful. Please don't throw your money away. My experience is the same as so many others. 3 out of the 4 mats fit. Emailed nicely, then slightly more strongly to try and get a response. Absolutely nothing from them. Now £60+ out of pocket with mats I can't use. GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I thought my experience would be so different from everyone else's - but it's the same.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I’d read the reviews first, I’m now £80 out of pocket, they don’t respond to emails, there’s no phone number, they just take your money with no intentions of sending you the product, ABSOLUTE THIEVES

I cancelled an order by email within 5 minutes as I didn't receive the expected acknowledgement or order number and then read the reviews.. I sent 2 more emails cancelling with no replies. Started a Visa Chargeback and then 3 weeks later the car mats arrived! Avoid this company!!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!!!

We ordered some car mats for an Audi S3 only to receive mats for an RS3. Not a problem mistakes happen. We have sent quite a few nice emails being polite and we were asked for photos yep sent those off. 6 weeks later they have not responded, we are left with £90 out of pocket and a set of mats which are not right. We have the address of the guy who seems to be running the show but again no response, no response from the website.

Reading the reviews this seems to be too much of a regular occurrence and I suggest this company are taking money for nothing. They do not exist on companies house either.

We will be getting this rectified, a business cannot simply treat customers this way. I only gave 1 star because you have to in order to make the comments.....

Received car mats with totally different logo design and wrong colour logo. Contacted the company on several occasions to return but had no reply. Upon reading all the reviews it looks like this is a common problem, if only i had read the reviews! Avoid this company at all costs. Thankfully i used paypal to pay so they are investigating!!

Crap quality and terrible after sales service, the mats arrived but were not the ones I ordered. No way to return.

These guys are scammers, pure and simple. Cheap, universal, car mats, with cheap, iron on motifs. Zero chance of getting a refund, no phone numbers or return address available. DO NOT GET CONNED

STAY AWAY!!!!!!Ordered some Jaguar XE R Sport logo car mats, What turned up looked a child had made them at a play group! Really poor quality scanned logo that is blurred and then sewn on to the mat the logo is all bumpy and and not even straight, the car mats them self are the set you can get on ebay for a tenner! I have emailed a number times with no answer and i have 2 x different addresses neither of which are complete to so can't send back and no contact number anywhere, so that is £45 down the pan, Please avoid!

Really disappointing - wrong size! The mats are reasonable quality, but the drivers one was the wrong size (far too small so it did not fit) despite it being for the exact car i selected. if it had have been i would be happy. However the real shame is that I have been trying for over a month to get a response and a resolution, but nothing. I will update if i ever do, but until then my recommendation is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

BUYER BE WARNED - Wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews prior to ordering. Placed an order weeks ago, scheduled delivery date missed, emailed numerous times politely requesting an update but no reply, draw your own conclusions from all the reviews - order at your peril.

As advertised - hand sewn , premium mats. What arrived??? cheap mats with an ironed on logo, badly ironed on may i add. PETER responded to my first email asking for photos and has since ignored the 10 follow ups requesting a refund. No contact numbers to ring them. Looks like they are a VERY untrustworthy site. Look at all the bad reviews. DO NOT waste your money. Trading standards informed and credit card -

I ordered a set of car mats with a Lime Green trim for my Abarth Competizione. Mats arrived with a Forest Green trim. Despite emailing numerous times and asking for a returns label no one has bothered to respond to my numerous emails. Terrible service do not use.

If zero stars could be given I would. Do not make the same mistake I made. I ordred a set of mats before christmas 2020 as of febuary 1st I have not recieved them. I have sent numerous emails asking for updates and where are my mats . You get a response every so often from 'Peter' but he just says 'ill check in the morning' then you dont get another email . Luckily I paid with my credit card and have claimed the money back . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM !

I ordered my mats on 12th of December and as of today 4th of January 2021 no sign of any mats I have emailed them on numerous occasions and it takes about 3 days for them to respond the first email they sent said there had been a mix up with the delivery company so would give me a refund or i can reorder so i reordered now i have had a email saying they will give me a refund i won’t hold my breath on that but the refund doesn’t include the delivery so why are they charging me for something i didn’t receive something is not right with this company customer service none existent worst company i have ever dealt with would give no stars if i could will wait to see if I get my refund

Car mats were delivered after 22 days (big bag from China) which is just about within guidance. I did email them a chaser email and in fairness they replied after 2 days. Quality OK - I probably wouldn't use again (Halfords easier / better value) but after reading other reviews was happy to get them, and in fairness they are bespoke tailored car mats

This is is fraudulent. DONT BUY ANYTHING AS 2 MONTHS AND STILL HEARD NOTHING APART FROM AN EMAIL ASKING FOR A REVIEW EVEN THOUGH NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

Listen up people....this is NOT a scam. Yes, the mats took a couple of weeks to arrive, but then they are tailor made, not pre made. I know this because I asked for changes half way through the process and the feedback was taken on board.

YES...it took a while for them to come back to me after my order and initial emails...but once they did, the communication was good. The guys explained that yes, they had had some issues during this year and the Covid situation, and that they are well aware of the negative feedback.

Can not fault the quality and fit of the car mats so rest assured.

DO NOT WORRY IF YOU'VE ORDERED FROM THEM. IT'S NOT A CON OR A SCAM (CONTRARY TO OTHER FEEDBACK ON HERE) YOU WILL GET THE MATS AND YOU WILL BE PLEASED WITH WHAT YOU RECEIVE.

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered my mats for an Audi, when they arrived they didn’t fit. The location holes were so far away from fitting it was a joke. I have emailed multiple times with no answer whatsoever. Complained on their Facebook page, which I now notice they have taken down and changed name. They are now trading from logocarmats.world. The fact they have taken money from me, and many others from the other reviews, for a product of horrific quality and then change website address is appalling. Do not buy anything from this company unless you want to throw your money away.

I ordered mats in 2019, only putting this on for all those who have ordered in the last 6 months, I had heard that the company had closed down, hence why you can’t get through to them.....
