Do not use this company. I Purchase the middle of the road package on March 2nd 2021 and it is April 27th and I still do not have my final product. The logos that they sent me had nothing to do with what I requested. We had to go back and forth so many times (and it would take two days each time) that I ended up just using parts of what they created for me to make my own logo. They said they were going to send me two sets of logo files (because the work was so bad that I couldn't settle for either of them) and they only sent one. I tried to track down the guy I was working with for over two weeks, he kept telling me they would send the other files and just kept blowing me off. I was supposed to get a logo and all files associated with it, business card design, etc. Biggest waste of time and money.

This totally a scam . I did ask for my logo 2 weeks ago and they said took 2 days. And they was pushing me to pay more money for things I didn't ask them for it. They not professional. All what they look at is to took more money from your pocket. Please don't trust .
I want only what I did pay for it .
Now they don't answer your calls or email. Very very bad experience.

This company is a complete scam!!!! I run a homeless ministry and I was just starting a website and ask them to help me with the logo!!!

I signed up for there $129.00 package online not through Facebook. The sales guy named Devin took my info and then forgot to ask for my phone number and I decided to make sure he had it. It was my first flag. Then I was questioning it for a couple of days and then decided to call and spoke with Joe and expressed my concerns about how I wasn't asked for my phone number and that it seemed very unprofessional from my point of view. Joe said that he would take care of me directly and make sure my logo was done to my satisfaction. I expected this to get done asap since I already had problems but that was not the case. I waited 48hrs more and called Joe back and said I had concerns again and asked for a refund instead and he stated that changing my mind was not reason for a refund and I said that they did not provide professional service and that I was not satisfied at all but Joe kept just repeating the same information as reading it from a script. I finally said get my logo asap then and still waited over the weekend plus another 48 hours. I finally received it and said please make these changes and finalize the process please. I waited yet another 48 hours and he got back to me with more money demands for registration and trademark but I said no to those and that I would move forward by myself with another company. Joe insisted on more money so I hung up and called the company direct. I spoke with a guy who said he was Joe's direct supervisor named Bryan. He listened to my concerns and said he would talk to Joe and get everything settled with me asap and no extra money required so I said thank you. I waited the next day and no return calls so I called again and the person answered and said Bryan was in a meeting and would call me back but yet again no call back. I tried calling towards 4:30 PM and was hung up on 5 times.

Long Story don't trust or use this company!!!!
