Logix has lost their way!

I was a Logix Slappy. Loved them. Their website was never great... but manageable. Then they made an "upgrade". Now, 2 months down the road... I still cannot connect with Quicken which is how I do all my business. I have had ridiculous login issues, constantly. Their "fixes" do not work. I AM OVER THEM!! If you are traditional and never use online banking, they are fine. For the rest of us STAY AWAY!!

This place has really gone downhill

This place has really gone downhill. I have been with them since they were Lockheed -- at that time and in subsequent years, they were great. In the past five years, however, they have become so difficult to deal with that I have to leave. They do NOT communicate, first of all. I suddenly have account fees for the same exact savings balance I had in January. I had closed my checking and kept my savings only so I could keep the credit card, which has a zero balance. I don't keep much in that savings account. However, whatever was in there is now gone, and it's in the negative due to the fees. Thankfully it wasn't much, and I noticed before it got any further into the negative. The customer service agent I spoke to just said, "it's a low balance fee" and did not try to investigate or explain why it randomly kicked in after four months of zero fees.

In addition, no one at this credit union can ever explain why they don't communicate policy changes -- I have had a few issues about various things, and they just speak in circles. It's a shame because when I financed my car here, the person I worked with was very nice and helpful. We had our mortgage here at one point. Now I am awaiting a call so I can close my last two accounts. I have another credit union I like much more and don't need this headache. As far as I'm concerned, they need to return my money, but I'm not holding my breath.

Will do anything to declare default of a low interest loan.

I have a loan that is very low. Logix has used every avenue to declare my loan in default. They have been claiming that when I deposited 1.5 million dollars as proceeds of a judgment, it should not count as income, so they can claim a default based on the loan-to-income ratio. I will not get a loan from them anymore.

Bad customer service

I was just here at the logix bank here at Palmdale branch, usually the teller customer service are great, but today I’m experiencing really bad customer service, I was just need to replace my ATM debit card, because the chips was not working, we are waiting a long lines, first when I walk in the branch I ask the customer service can someone help me replace my debit card, and he say no , that I have to wait for the teller will help me, so I did waiting on the line , but than some how one of new account teller walked up at us and asking who needed help besides getting cash back, either cash deposit or replacing debit card, I was just wondering how come when I asked the customer service can they help me to replace my card, and he say NO ! and I was ther about 45 minutes to wait for me replacement card! and there’s a what you call a manager are so rude, bad attitude too!

Beware Logix has lied harassed and is…

Beware Logix has lied harassed and is now holding hostage the title to a vehicle we have sold due to extreme hardship. We made the decision to sell our vehicle that was about half paid off with Logix auto loan. We went into the local branch we first set up the auto loan with so we could complete the transaction with the buyer. The buyer paid off the balance of the remaining loan got a receipt and we were both told the title would be mailed in 14 days. After waiting three weeks we contacted the branch and talked to our Financial Services Officer who we have been working with for years and she said she would look into it. The next contact was from an extremely rude and aggressive phone representative who informed my husband they would not release the auto title due to a past due unsecured credit card debit. She claimed that somehow the credit card debit was tied to the auto loan this was not disclosed. After further research and speaking with multiple people we referred to Logix it seems they’re running a scam and coincidentally each person who opened an auto loan with Logix was aggressively offered a credit card with Logix at the times the loan was opened and they did not disclose that they could hold your vehicle title hostage if you fall behind on your credit card. Again this all occurred due to an unfortunate hardship. We are now discussing this situation with our attorney as we believe Logix is treating us unfairly and are guilty of multiple violations and harassment and flat out lied to our face in the branch when they told us and the new buyer that we are all good and just to wait the 14 days for the title to be mailed.

I was badly in need of a loan on my home

I was badly in need of a loan on my house to pay off bills and expenses...I had gone to my credit union which I had been with since 1975 and found them lacking and did not complete the loan. A CPA suggested I speak to Logix and their outstanding Senior loan officer Carol Salgado and her team. It was not an easy loan and had twists and turns. They were with me the whole way guiding me through the nerve wracking process. Carol's team members, Jade Tellers and Nicole Laurie, could not have been more helpful. This is bar none the best experience I have ever had with any credit union or bank...Logix Fed CU is the place to go for loans or other financial transactions...Wonderful experience literally life changing for this old LAPD retired LT....And will take care of my daughter and grandkids for the rest of their lives....
