great product, only thing that i would say could be improved upon is the clarity of the microphone. unless right next to someone its quite hard to hear anything at all.

When the tracker is working, it is spot on, when its not, it is frustrating. I make frequent request for network reset as the tracker hasn't reported in 5-10 hours, it is supposed to report hourly at a minimum. The difference may be poor cell coverage area for the carrier as my usage is in SE Georgia to Middle Georgia, USA. Customer service is spot on during the week but can be a slow response on the weekend when it is needed most.
