We've been chasing after our money for two months now. We're just being given the runaround and fobbed off. A truly embarrassing company.

I ordered a professional display that unfortunately arrived dead on arrival. The return and replacement process took some time, mainly due to courier delays over the holiday period, but the Logiscenter customer service team handled the case professionally throughout.
They stayed in contact, requested the necessary photos, arranged pickup of the faulty unit, and ultimately delivered a replacement, which is working perfectly.
Overall, good communication and a proper resolution despite the initial issue. I appreciate the support provided until the case was fully closed.

I ordered a printer, never arrived. Two weeks and still waiting. UPS lost it and instead of sending me another one the are still trying to locate it.
One of the reasons i ordered was fast delivery.
Update: almost a month later, no follow up, no printer, no money back.
Update2: Money returned with apologies from friendly customer service. Reviews taken seriously. May come back for future purchases.

24-36h delivery joke
It's a 2nd time I've ordered from Logiscener where I've been told the material is in stock and within 24-36h shipment ready.
2 days after, and after 2 phone calls and 2 emails I receive information that there's no stock and it will take another 5 days to deliver the equipment.
Support line is NOT to be trusted with providing information regarding stock.
I'd not recommend it when equipment is needed ASAP.
