This is the most unprofessional carrier company I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. 0 communication between the merchant and the carrier, and the customer is left to figure out when the package is coming. I had to stay home from work for FOUR days because I kept getting different info about when the package was coming. Actually I didn't get ANY info, I was just checking the extremely slow track and trace page and that's how I found out I moved all of my work meetings for nothing because my package wasn't coming, again. After calling them to figure out what is going on, the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude, not solution oriented whatsoever, unprofessional, and not helpful. The merchant had not communicated any of my contact info to them, so instead of contacting the merchant to get that info, they just waited till I figure it out and get in touch myself, not once was there any form of apology or understanding from the carriers or merchants side, there was also not a single effort to rectify this. The result ? I am now at home for a fourth day, hoping and praying this stupid package finally comes. As a supply chain professional myself, this is a really bad way to run a business and if I didn't need the product so urgently I would immediately cancel my order.

After email many time the time slot that I wasn't home, they delivered precisely in the time slot and left my 2000*1000 mirror outside.
What am I suppose to do now?

Great service! On time, enough info upfront to plan for receiving. Super friendly chauffeur. My foot is broken so he helped to put the package in my apartment

My Christmas tree delivery date keeps getting pushed back. It was registered with Logique since 4 December. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back everyday. Initially it was supposed to be delivered by 6 December. Then 7 December, then 9 December, the 10 December. Today I saw it's pushed to 11 December. The tree has been without water for almost a week now. If you know the company that you're buying from uses Logique, just avoid them and choose to buy from somewhere else. You will not get your purchase in time.

I asked the driver, to call me 15 minutes before the delivery, and he called me exactly 15 minutes in advance! Perfect service!!!

Beautiful Christmas tree, so many branches - probably the most beautiful I have ever had. Delivered quicker than expected and with smile :) Highly recommend ❤️
