Me and my son done a road trip and decided to see as many stadiums and there gift shops. This was our 3rd stadium and not much to see or tours to be taken landed up buying a pen in the giftshop
My husband Uncle and Son have recently had to become members in order to have a chance at getting tickets. My uncle flies in from Australia on 21st September so can only go to a possible of 3 matches as he flies home on 4th November.
So the Man City tickets are on sale. My husband has advised he found out today that on my son's account for his first ever football match. It says unfortuately you are trying to order tickets for age restricted price class. This only happens on my son's account when you go to basket.
he has spoken to Amber on your supporters line at roughly midday today and she advised she would call back. She never did. This could now mean they miss out on tickets because Amber confirmed there is an issue with your website
Surely you would check your website before the tickets go on sale to make sure there are no issues so not only Season ticket holders and Members plus can get tickets.
Linking the 3 of them was a complete and utter nightmare.
I really do not think this is a great way to treat your loyal fans.
Also Amber should of called back that is totally not acceptable.

Turned up 7 minutes before closing and was told the tills are closed and was sent away by security guard and staff who were all standing around having a chat amongst themselves. Maybe my expectations are too high and management has told them the most important thing is to close up and leave on time 🤷♂️ if I wasn’t a Wolves fan would never shop there again.

Black friday rip off didn't explain procedure of buy one get one free went to checkout thought it was going to charge me twice so presumed you had to have same item twice which was fine cause ordering for mother for her grandsons .only one top arrived told they can't honor the offer now because I did it wrong how rubbish is that a multi million pound business ripping people off at Christmas

I took my new Wolves shirt into the store to exchange it but unfortunately, they had none my size. “Not to worry” they said, “we will process a refund here and you’ll receive it in a few weeks”. Once I left the store, I then went online and ordered a new shirt in the correct size but have never received this......despite ordering and paying for it almost 3 months ago. I have tried several time to get through by phone but hold for ages and eventually get disconnected. I have also filled out a contact us for but again had no response. To say I am disappointed is an understatement 😩
Ordered a children football top with player personalisation for a Christmas present. These items arent cheap and I have no issue with the cost but i expect acceptable quality.
It arrived faulty...personalised print has clearly pinched the material during the process and it's very clear. Was asked to send pictures when I contacted to complain.
And of course you cant get a refund or exchange if personalised unless an item is faulty..but they determine if faulty or not! The response was "management said it's not faulty.......amd said to wash it as its creased as a result of postage". So if I washed it and the so called fault didnt disappear (which it wont) no doubt would have been refused an exchange as washing would deem it as used ...
