I bought a pair of shorts for my son for his birthday. He only wore them three times before they fell apart. I emailed the company but they seemed ok with their product only lasting a very short time. I definitely do not recommend this product or this company.

Placed an order, and account was hacked live in the U.K, but delivery was changed to Florida! No email to confirm the change of address which I would have picked up. Scammed, and no way to get my money back or sons birthday present let down by the company
i brought "THE FAVORITE HOODIE" by Logan Paul and i was so happy because it was on sale but sadly, it costs me an extra $20 for shipping and i find it really ridiculous because it was clearly overprice.But, because i really wanted the hoodie i just ignored the $20 price tag hoping it was worth it .
After a few weeks , the hoodie came and i was really excited to wear it and so i did but after JUST a few times of washing the "maverick" logo material started to come off and right now the hoodie look horrible . My advise to anybody planning to buy it "DONT BUY IT!"

I recently bought my granddaughter a hoodie from Logan Paul for her birthday. The hoodie was too small so I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. When I tried to exchange the hoodie I was told that it was beyond the 30 day return. It was actually 37 days and they would not exchange the hoodie for me. I told them that I was a loyal customer and I bought items from them for Christmas and for her birthday because she loves Logan Paul clothing and assessories. They didn’t care and refused to take care of the situation. I will donate the hoodie to a child who is in need, but my granddaughter won’t get the Logan Paul hoodie that she wants. Needless to say, I will not shop at Logan Paul again. thank you Logan Paul for nothing. Your customer service is the worst!!
I purchased a hoodie for my son on the 26th of January. Afterwards seen a lot of bad reviews. It scared me that I should not have ordered because I needed this by Feb-8th. I'm glad I gave this company a chance. I received it today the 31st. My son will be so happy!! And their customer service team was awesome and very helpful!!!
My son paid $50 & then $21 p&p to uk on top for a hoodie. I now have a customs charge of £17.79 to pay before it can be delivered. Paul logans Company response was its on the order form u should of read it properly. Why the hell is p&p so much if custums charges arent covered. Struggling to understand that. Please Dont order from this scum bag. Ripping 11 year olds off/ out of there christmas money. Disgusting
If any of you want to buy a Meverick hoddie or shirt or anything i suggest the website! I order a maverick hoddie on loganpaul.com and got it in less than 2 weeks i am thankful and very happy of this website. All my friends have also ordered and it has gone just as well.

I´ve tried for more than a month to buy a hoodie to my daughter.
on Loganpaul.com it´s not possible to buy an item that is out of stock so i signed for an email notification, when the hoodie is back on stock.
7 hours ago i received the notification (Nighttime in DK) that it was back on stock.
So i went online to make a purchase, but surpricingly it was already sold out again.
The answer from their support where the usual arrogant answer that Only Americans companies gives their customers. (Stay tuned for the next shipment)
I´ve spent to much time on loganpaul.com without any result, so i´ve decided to explain my 10 year old daughter that maybe she should throw har love at somebody who actually appreciates their fans.
I would give zero stars, but have to at least give one to wrote the review. My son has wanted Logan Paul Mavericks clothing for awhile, he follows Logan Paul on You Tube and thinks he's amazing...Well I think his company is a rip-off and scam and do not care about their clients. I am a single mom and spending $50 on someone's clothing that doesn't have a HUGE clothing line is ridiculous if u ask me, he's not Hollister or Abercrombie. Anyways, to surprise my son for Christmas I ordered my son some items...it showed delivered, but I never received anything. I contacted the postal service who then told me to contact the merchant to file an replacement claim, which I done. I got one response from Logan Paul's customer support stating to contact the postal service, which I had already done...I told them this and told them what I was told by them, and I haven't heard one word from them and that was over a week ago. So now, I am.oit $50 and my son is out one of his Christmas gifts because this company DOES NOT care about their customers, as long as they have their money, it doesn't matter. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If anything is wrong, they will not make it right!!! At this point I would just want a refund because I have been done wrong!!!
