I have bought a few pieces from this company and have always received exemplary service. The dolls are in excellent condition, always arriving promptly and very securely packaged. The owner of the company is so courteous and genuinely cares about ensuring that you are happy with all aspects of the service you receive. Cannot fault any aspect

Cannot fault any aspect of my dealings with Chris from Loft vintage toys.
I was selling to them and the offer that was made was very fair.
The service was immaculate with shipping paid and the payment for my items was made immediately that the items were received. Excellent.

Impeccable service!!!

I received impeccable customer service, and lightning fast shipping to the United States. I certainly hope that all of the customs issues get worked out soon because I want to do business with this company again.
