I’ve had a disappointing experience with this company. Communication has been a major issue from the start, as they use a Gmail address and seem to have ongoing problems receiving emails. After finally managing to schedule an appointment, they didn’t turn up at the agreed time. When I called to find out what was happening, I was told they had been trying to contact me all week—yet I had received no missed calls, messages, voicemails, or emails.

After waiting in all day and arranging access to the loft as requested, I asked if they were willing to come back, only to be told no because they had other quotes to attend. While I’m glad they’re busy, their lack of organisation has cost them a customer who was ready to proceed with the work as soon as possible.

If reliability and clear communication are important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Great Company to work with. Explained the whole process of boarding our loft, gave quotes and communication was good. Even text to say they are running late as they got stuck in traffic on the day of installation. Work was done on the same day and they tidied up before they left. Great job by Finlay and Dan.

Matt and Finlay were super responsive, polite, and professional. They were on time, communicated clearly and well, and left everything clean and tidy after they finished the day's work. They removed our water tank in the loft before installing insulation and loft boarding, as well as a foldable loft ladder and hatch. Extremely happy with their work. The loft space is actually usable now, and we've been able to reduce the amount of time the heating is on to 1/4 of what it was before. Quality product, quality service. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommend.
