Good experience to Loft furniture outlet…

I went in a rush to Loft furniture outlet and thought that it will be closed at 4pm. Just stepping into the shop at 3.30 and apologise for my late but the staff came out with a cheerful smile and console me not to worry and they will be closed at 5pm.
They introduced me to look around for those furniture that I would like to buy.
Very friendly manner that you will feel you are not in an outlet warehouse, you become a valued customer.
Josh is a very friendly, patience and helpful staff. He tried to help me to organise the delivery.
Shane that I should find them earlier. It is a big bargain of quality furniture.

This is a scam

This is a scam, they delivered a wrong item and disappeared no one responded although they say they provide 12 month warranty but they just disappeared. The police has been involved.
Please be aware and do not purchase from them

A great experience from beginning until…

A great experience from beginning until the end. The customer service staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through the process and the furniture selection. The turnaround was fast but well done. Will definitely be using them again.

Loft were excellent!

Loft were excellent throughout the process of purchasing and delivering a new sofa for a rental property. Gordana Spender was super efficient on all the admin and made the process easy and quick. On the day, Kenroy Sennet made the delivery, and he was bang on time, very careful and tidy, and all done with a smile. Such a lovely chap! :)

Placed an online order

Placed an online order, no updates after a week, then assured me it was being picked up by the courier. Took another week and a half (and more phone calls) to discover that they didn’t have the stock and that the order had had a box ticked by someone as being on a delivery van even though it didn’t exist. No one seemed to care where the order was or why it hadn’t been received. The resolution is, I have no order - it’s been cancelled as they can’t fill it, some 2.5 weeks later. Terrible experience, do not use this company.

Poor comms

Poor comms, courier super slow - cost of shipping was high given it took nearly 3.5 weeks to deliver. Blame placed at couriers door, but I didn't pay the courier, I paid Loft.

LOFT Interiors - great for landlords

The customer service team were knowledgeable, flexible and understanding. The delivery guys were friendly and willing to help. And the furniture was great value for money - ideal for my tenants!

Can't get through to anyone

Can't get through to anyone - all calls, messages and emails ignored. Go from 'Your call is very important to us' to being cut off in a few seconds. VERY frustrating.
