Wish there were more of those
I like going here as it is one of the only places to find unpackaged produce, soap, cleaning detergents, etc.
The overall selection is good, you find a lot of things that you cannot find other places. Their online shop is nice too, you can ask them to put together what you desire and then pick it up at the shop (or get I delivered). There were some occasions where the produce I got wasn't the freshest anymore but they swapped it without complaints (and frankly, I always see moldy fruit&veg at the big supermarkets so I don't get why people are complaining).
Personally, I never had ay issues with the owner, he is always up for a chat and friendly.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Owner's behaviour was terrible
I recently went to the store for the first time (because of my high expectations) and I am not going back.
The alcohol sanitizer (at the fruits and vegetables) did not work. So I turned to look for help and saw that the owner was two steps away from my boyfriend and me, but he didn't care or help me. He was actually unpleasant and he seemed angry.
After looking at the products on the outside, we walked in and saw that single-use gloves were available for customers. Of course there are sanitary rules due to COVID, even so, WE ADVISE: one of the people who works in the store can help customers to stock the products in their containers, so that they do not get in contact with the products/containers, etc. and to avoid single-use plastic gloves.
In the end, although the prices are quite high, we decided to buy a couple of things as the business' concept (supposedly) aims to be environment-friendly. We went to the cash register with good will and ready to buy, unfortunately the owner (still angry) was talking to his worker with an aggressive tone of voice. We noticed how uncomfortable the employee was in this situation, since HE was attentive to our presence, and even more important because the owner was reprimanding him loudly about charging the correct amount of money.
