Great customer service and good fit guarantee
I made a genuine mistake in my order and somehow ordered the wrong size. I contacted Lunã right away and was impressed - they tried to catch the order before it was sent out but didn't manage to as this was very speedy. It did take a little while to arrive, but I was advised that once it did arrive, I could have a new size sent out to me (just covering shipping) due to the fit guarantee. Once received, though the product didn't fit, the fabric and shape appeared to be what I wanted.
I will update my order when I've received the product in the right size (now on order) and have used it as a period product.

After a long wait and numerous complaints item arrived. Note item. It was buy one get one free but you have to purchase 2 the get the discount of 1 pair free! Luna now ant to charge meme postage to receive the free pair. Email from Luna states that their order page does not clearly explain this but still my fault for not being a mind reader.
Received a very rude messenger message after commenting on their Facebook telling me I am in the wrong because I didn’t order 2 pairs, to get one free.
Do not waste your hard earned cash on this company.

Yet another email telling me I am wrong and they want to clear things up and clarify. Emailed a picture saying buy1 get 1 free. Buy 2 get 2 free.
I bought 1 and got 0 free. They still say it is my fault for not putting 2 pairs on the order WHAT??? They will only send the advertised free pair if I pay P&P. Not sure if it is just a bot sending the replies. They are blunt, rude and cannot understand their own offer of buy 1 get 1 free and continue to tell me I don’t understand!

Let me explain how the promotion works, because it is an automatic cart deal rather than a discount added afterwards. With 1+1 free, you add two items to your cart and the second one comes off the total at checkout, so you only pay for one. The same goes for 2+2, where four items go in and two are free. Because your order had a single item in it, the system had nothing to match it with, which is why no free pair was included.

Total con - avoid at all costs
Total con! Avoid using this company!!
Ordered in May, after 3 failed deliveries and numerous emails to customer services requesting a refund, only to be told this isn’t possible whilst the order is in transit, I received the parcel 13 weeks after ordering. I immediately informed them I wanted to return the items for a full refund.
Be cautious because as soon as you break the seal a refund is refused, I’d read this and so I was careful not too open the package however after delay tactics by the company and what they call “customer services” (although a complete waste of space, and after me repeatedly requesting a refund, you will then revive an email stating the company is in the Netherlands (I had already researched them so knew this) and will be costly to return so they offer 50% back and keep the product.
See exact wording from their email to me after requesting my money back weeks ago:
“I would like to inform you that our return center is located in the Netherlands because we are an internationally operating company. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a UK return address for our customers in the United Kingdom. This means that returning the product is considered an international shipment, which may result in higher return costs.
We understand that this may be inconvenient, and to help you in this situation, we would like to offer you the option to receive 50% of the purchase amount back without returning the product.”
In this day and age I cannot comprehend an online company who messes people about so much, lies and is a complete sham. For them to then make it impossible for people to return items is appalling and I would recommend people shop elsewhere, they’re not up to standards to be trading and because they’re outside the UK your hands are tied.
Honestly everyone - do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They’re diabolical

Confidence amazing customer service
I made a purchase of different styles of Luna period knickers. When I opened the packet I was immediately impressed with the products. The incredible softness and fit true to size Seamless briefs and beautiful lace of the other styles. I ordered 5 styles but sadly 2 didn't fit me so well. I contacted Luna and they have kept their promise of guaranteed fit and have agreed to replace the designs that didn't fit with the ones that I am supper happy with. I have worn period knickers for a few years now, but don't always have the confidence to wear out and about and some brands have been really poor. I haven't used the underwear yet, as the sizing ran unfortunately a bit small for me. I emailed the customer service and they immediately offered to send me the underwear in a larger size - this is excellent customer service. The fabric feels incredibly soft, so I can't wait to wear them!

Great deal!
The items arrived but are too big so I took advantage of their offer to send out replacements in the correct size. They don't ask you to return the original items, just to pay for the postage to send the new ones. This is amazing as you may not be sure of the size you need when trying for the first time. Other than being too big the pants are so soft and comfortable so I won't hesitate to order again and recommend to others.
