We're really sorry this has gone wrong so many times, that's genuinely not the experience anyone should have, and we understand why you're frustrated after waiting this long.

On the refund side, we're unable to offer one because period underwear is a hygiene product and can't be taken back once the seal has been opened. What we can do is send out a free replacement in the correct size, and this time we'll check the order carefully before it leaves us so you actually get what you paid for.

Our team will pick this up with you so we can finally get the right sizes and the right quantity to you.

Sorry to hear the size didn't work out for you, we can imagine that's disappointing.

As set out in our Exchange and Return Policy, we're unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken, since period underwear is a hygiene product. Every company has its own policy on this, and ours is there for hygiene reasons rather than to make things difficult. What we do offer instead is our fit guarantee: the replacement pair itself is free, and we only ask a contribution towards shipping so we can get the right size out to you.

Judging a fit from a size guide alone is never easy, so we'd much rather sort out a size that actually works than leave you with something you can't wear.

Sorry to hear this has left you feeling uneasy, that's understandable and not something we want anyone to sit with.

Just to be clear on this point, our underwear doesn't come with hygiene strips at all. What we do use is a sealed pack with a hygiene sticker applied during packing, and that's what determines whether an item can be returned. Everything you receive from us is brand new and has never been worn or handled by another customer. Returned items are never resold, we donate them.

We're not able to refund an opened hygiene product, but our fit guarantee is always available on a first order, so if the size or style isn't right we'll exchange it for one that suits you better.

Our team is happy to go through this with you again if anything is still unclear.

About the swimwear, that visible line is the absorbent layer. It's what makes the product work, and without it the swimwear simply wouldn't hold anything in. It's a design choice rather than a flaw.
