Diego and Jon were really helpful when I was ordering a bike through the cycle to work scheme! They made the whole process easy and straightforward. Great service from start to finish! The turn around time was much quicker than expected so that was a bonus, I would highly recommend!

Excellent Bike & Customer Service
Delivery times were slow (just over a month) but customer service was excellent, Jon was upfront regarding the timelines and provided me with frequent updates and follow up calls.
The bike itself is excellent, sturdy but not too heavy, good battery life, would highly recommend.

The delivery time isn't the best my son orderd a g2 max on the 21st and still hasnt arrived it was supposed to arrive in Ireland on the 4th but I havnt heard anything since but LOCO did kindly give us a £39.99 LOCO Tracker.

Rubbish Aftersale service and Rude people
I bought a brand new Kukirin G2 from them. Within the first day, out of the box, it had a badly creaking headset and a loose, shifting brake caliper that rubbed constantly. I reported both faults straight away with photos and videos.
Paddy, the business owner, personally promised me both issues would be sorted we used his personal number for all our communication right up until there was a problem. He then told me to go to customer service, but they refused to accept the fault or failed repair, so I messaged him again. He suddenly claimed it was “inappropriate” to use his number, said it wasn’t for support, and refused to take any responsibility at all.
The scooter came back from repair exactly the same, if not worse. They tried fobbing me off saying it was “normal bedding in” and “it left working perfectly” complete lies, I have clear videos proving the faults are still there. They even claimed I never mentioned the headset issue, even though I have all messages to prove I did.
They refuse to accept their repair failed, ignore my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and won’t process a refund. The scooter is faulty, unsafe and not fit for purpose. As soon as you’ve paid, the owner washes his hands of you completely and hides behind staff who won’t help either. Do not waste your money or time here.
Edited: i tried calling the customer service multiple times and no one is picking up? I havent been replied to for 2 days by email so who am i meant to contact exactly

Evening Emir, I’m replying personally to this one as it references me a couple of times. I opted to use my personal phone to contact you when you had an issue. Over the next couple of weeks, you followed up with additional messages to me, and each time I referred you to our customer care team, explaining that I had confirmed with them that they had the collection of your scooter under control, and that you could use the open email thread to follow up on that matter. You continued to send further messages to my personal phone when you were unhappy with their decision, and I explained to you again that the correct channels should be used to communicate with us, and that our customer service team and associated managers would gladly communicate with you on either our customer service phone line or email address.
I certainly never said we were unwilling to communicate with you, or offer assistance, I simply said that using my personal phone number was inappropriate and asked you, again, not to use it.
Sorry if that has caused any offence, and it remains the case that our customer service team are available to you at all times via the appropriate channels.

I ordered a spare battery for my e.bike on Friday afternoon from loco scooters and on a bank holiday weekend I got the delivery within 24hrs which is great I highly recommend them and the staff were a great help
