Used the Aberystwyth storage as it was very convenient, secure, accessible 24hrs a day and clean. No hassles and good customer service.

I needed storage while moving house and downsizing and was able to arrange a container within a couple of days. The site is very convenient in the centre of Aberystwyth and the containers are dry and secure, with a good variety of sizes.

Overall I'm really happy with the service at Lockstock in Aberystwyth. I have a small unit and despite the site being under development still when I first moved my belongings in the staff were great in helping me set up and get an understanding of the site. Customer service has always been great when I've needed it too. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I needed storage quickly due to urgent work being completed in our house. A new site was due to open in Aberystwyth and they promised to call. A week later they rang and we had one of the first containers on the unit.

Very clean and very secure. Also available for support and friendly helpful staff. They even rang us when we hadnt quite put our padlock on correctly to let us know. Our unit was still secure.

We orginally needed temporary storage for a month or 2 - eight months later we are still using it as it is convenient, good price storage with excellent customer service. Definitely recommended

Used as a short term aid for moving house. Used Lock stoke as they were the first site I came across where the prices were obvious and had 24hr access.
No, these are not temperature controlled units but that is reflected in the price. Unit has stored most of a three bedroom house and is only half full. Most of the items were dropped off late evening, easy access and the gate is well lite. My only complaint is the site itself could use more lights. But the site is still being expanded so may happen in future.
Customer service are easily contacted with an actual person answering the phone, friendly and willing to help and answer questions.
Site is obviously patrolled frequently as I didn't lock my unit properly and received a call and a message the same day to inform me of this.

I have recently taken occupation of a storage unit at their new Crewe depot , which is conveniently located in the heart of Crewe , and could not be happier.
The entire process was fluent and flawless from enquiring about a unit to signing the contract.

I heared they were coming to crewe and i was looking for somewere locally i could store items . As the site wasnt open for a few months i was in contact with the company to see how long it was going tobe untill opened . They called when they were oping and i think i might of been the first one in . Its very close to me so i can actually see it from my house whitch is another sauce of security for me .spoken to some of the blokes on site finishing things offgreat chaps and healthy banter. Im glad i waited for them to open and look forward to poss having another unit when needed cheers .

We needed a storage solution for a house move, needing to store all our possessions for around 5 weeks until the new property was ready. Lock Stock fulfilled this requirement quickly and easily, communication with their team on the phone was pleasant, professional and simple. This was even more impressive on the day I handed the keys back, no hassle, refunded my deposit and any days that I had paid but not used, no quibbles, brilliant. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if needed.

Fantastic company to work with. Never met anyone in person but the people on the phone are very friendly and helpful. Site was spotless with good lighting and cameras. Can’t fault them!

Access to the site (Newtown) was easy and the instructions on how to access the container were clear and simple. My items were always safe and secure.

The container was clean and spacious. The price was excellent, especially with a three month introductory offer of half price.

Closing the account was straightforward and the assistant on the phone was very helpful. I'm expecting my deposit back soon.

I used the container to store a lot of furniture and boxes for several months during a house move. There was some damp that formed a bit of standing water at the very back of the container and the chemical smell of the insulation foam or paint inside the container was on soft furnishings like beds and sofas, although this did fade within about a week after I took the items out. I would recommend that customers open the containers at least once a week to give the contents a good airing. To be fair, Lock Stock also suggest doing this. No lasting damage and I've learnt for next time.

Overall a good experience with this company and I would use Lock Stock again. Diolch!

Easy way to lock stuff you need would use it again if required

I was based in London, I lived in the concrete jungle for a long time and I was suffocating due to pollution, the air was very bad and there was no country side to get fresh air.
I decided to move out of London and move to Leeswood in North Wales.
I needed to store my things for few months until the property was sold and new property was bought .
I looked up online to see if there was any storage places and I found Lock Stock Self Storage, I rang the number I was surprised how quickly the phone was answered and a friendly voice greeted me. She was so polite and friendly and she gave me all the information and where the units were, I booked the unit the best part was that it was excess able 24/7 because I was travelling from London this was perfect. I had the unit for 8 months and it was very clean and dry all my things were in perfect condition. In this day and age it’s nice to hear a Human voice at the other end of the telephone. Well done Lock Stock I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family, Thank you very much for your service and support.

Extremely helpful staff your actually speaking to a human being and not a machine ?sorted little problems immediately nothing was too much trouble ?They also answered quickly which when your busy is a plus container was sorted last minute for me which I really appreciated It was clean and dry, easy to park outside of container .Handles to get in were regularly oiled for ease of getting in ?
