Consumer Alert: False Advertising Experience 🚨

I usually don’t post things like this, but I want to help others avoid the headache I just went through. I recently ordered from a company whose ads looked amazing — polished photos, bold promises, and “premium quality” stamped everywhere.

What I received was nothing like what was advertised.

❌ The product didn’t match the photos
❌ The quality was nowhere near what was promised
❌ Customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful
❌ Refund process feels intentionally difficult

I’m sharing this because companies shouldn’t get away with misleading customers just to make a quick sale. Honest advertising matters. Transparency matters. And consumers deserve better.

If you’re thinking about ordering from a company with flashy ads and too‑good‑to‑be‑true deals, do your research first. Read reviews, check real customer photos, and trust your instincts.

We work hard for our money — we shouldn’t have to fight to get what we paid for.

Zero stars. Do not order anything from this store. The material is very cheap and you can't return it to get a refund. Poor quality and poor customer service.

This is ridiculous! I ordered on 12-17-2025 and received today 1-19-2026, the jackets I ordered are CHEAPLY MADE!!! the sleeves are so long and don't even have elastic around the wrist. FAKE, FAKE, FAKE! DON'T ORDER! SHAME on them!! Do not buy from this company. READ REVIEWS......

The pictures that they posted on their page is completely different from what I received and also very cheap materials and colors are off not even the right colors like blue should be blue not almost purple. Very disappointed and will not be doing business with thos company.. I also ordered it on December 7th and I barely received it today the 13th of Jan. As well as I thought it was ordered from NY and it was coming from China... False advertisement i say.

Never again will I order from this company, the items take too long to arrive. I’m still waiting for a Christmas gift for someone and these people don’t even communicate it should never take this long, lesson learned. I ordered this item on December 10,2025 and it’s January 11,2026 and still nothing. If I could cancel and get my money back I would.

Worst experience ordered december 7 2025 a christmas present never came. In lieu if over 30 days late and unsuccessful tracking and contact.you took my money out on day if order I received a message on december 17 2025 that order was shipped but nothing after that so on january 10 recieved the package but order was all wrong. Completly different nfl shirt. Wrong color wrong size no name was on the jersey and i found out instead of coming from ny it was coming from china..so disappointed..never again and didnt give me the sale price charged me full price..

I still haven't received my order, which was a Christmas gift for my girflriend. Tracking the package is difficult as well.

I ordered this Chicago Bears jacket over a month ago. These bozos don’t even send an update or or or send a tracking or nothing.

I have not received my order as of today, Dec.30!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The app kept taking me around in circles and wouldn’t let me order a jersey.

Bought 2 Baseball Hoodies for my nephews for Christmas. They both Love them and will wear them everywhere!

It turned out awesome. It was a gift and now I want to order one for myself as well. I’m so excited. It came really quick and good quality.

Quality material, accuracy of description, length of time to get it to me… everything was on point.

So I’m giving you a 1 star because:

1) I ordered these shoes and got an ETA of 2 weeks.

2) Then I got another ETA after the 2 weeks stating it’ll be another week or so. Not a big deal right??

3) the shoes were paid off and I finally got them after 2.5 months of waiting. Honestly the customer service was horrible and didn’t really want to work on this issue.

4) I honestly will not order anything from this place again. Just poor management and customer service. Oh and the shoes were ordered as an 8.5 they fit like a 9.5-10.

Love it! It is a great birthday present for my son!

I love the hoodie/jacket, I have ordered several times I was just a little disappointed this time I went to wash the jacket and it’s faded along the seem lines almost to a lighter black you could see a lot of white coming through on the jacket, I even washed on cold and the delicate cycle because I wasn’t sure how it was going to wash up, I washed it to pack we are taking it with us on vacation to Reds camp, but I will definitely be ordering more hoodies again I really like your shop thanks so much
