WILL NOT REFUND OR STOP CHARGING YOU

Purchased this service to prevent anything considering I have two teenage boys accessing the internet all the time. The service immediately locked down access to google or any search. I reached out to customer service and tried their fixes to no avail. I requested a refund the very next day to which they agreed to. A week later I am still getting emails from them to "check in" and I never received a refund. I would AVOID this incompetent "tech" software like the plague.
