Professional and accommodating; superb!
I ordered a clan tie for my friend's wedding in Scotland. As usual I left it late....ordered and requested express delivery, but just after the cut off...so I called Lochcarron and asked if it could be sent out that day to arrive with me in Rutland, England the next day (and a day before travel to Scotland). The chap I spoke with was professional and accommodating to my request. Today the tie arrived in lovely packaging and on time. Thank you Lochcarron of Scotland. Great customer service.
Wow, what a wonderful company. It is so rare to find a company that will sell less than a metre of fabric these days, especially when purchasing online. I only use small pieces of fabric. I was looking for the perfect colour wool for a project, and they had the perfect one. I cheekily asked if they would sell me the amount I needed, and they very kindly let me. Unheard of! And I am so grateful, thank you.

Great quality wool
A few weeks ago, I ordered a scarf and stole from Lochcarron, and I am thrilled with the quality of these items. After a long search for high quality wool, I finally found a company that meets my expectations. I was so impressed that I contacted them for recommendations on wool coats, and discovered they have a sister company. I will definitely return to Lochcarron for all my wool needs in the future.

Placed an order in July for a sporran for my husbands birthday in August with delivery mid Aug. End of September I lost patience and got a refund. Rubbish service just constantly saying it was about to arrive but never did. Would not recommend.
