Great experience overall
Great experience overall, we heard quite some bad things about renting cars in italy and getting "scammed", this was nothing like it. Initial payment was done, no extra charges afterward. When we returned the car, they checked the full tank and no damage to the car in front of us, said everything was okay and we left. Also the car was great.

Not enough space in the trunk
This time, the experience was not very good. We booked cars that would have enough space for 4 suitcases, but we received a FIAT 600 and a Nissan Juke. Could you please answer the question of how we were supposed to fit 4 suitcases into the trunks of these cars?
Apart from that, everything else went quite smoothly.

Good value for money
Good value for money ! It was quick at the arrival and departure, I had another car slightly better than the one I booked, the people were nice and helpful. The only thing is that because potentially many people arrive at the same time, they don't have so much time for each client. Would rent with them again
