A first good experience
I have tried other rental car companies before and being put in uncomfortable situations about upsell of upgrades. Therefore I tried LocAuto which promise easy check-in and return. And they did what they promised! Booked online, added a coupon code for very good price, had a 5 min check in, got a free update due to limited cars, 5 min check out. No upsell or uncomfortable questions, just good customer care all the way. Very nice customer service. Returned in another airport was also easy. The car was quite new and was in good condition.

Very relaxed and efficient rental experience
Deposit was very low. I could choose from select number of similar cars with a recommendation from the desk as to what would be nice to have for the purposes of my trip. Return was very relaxed compared to some other car rentals, might have been because of my full insurance. Overall very good experience.

Car pick-up and return was nice, easy and fast. Car was perfect, and even upgraded without extra costs.

Locauto used to be my first choice
Service has gone down hill on last two occasions, when we got there they didnt have a suitable car wanted to upgrade with automatic, i dont drive automatic, fortuatley a suitable car came in so we took it unwashed which wast a problem and everything went well there after

It was fast and easy to book a car online and when I arrived there for pick-up the man was very kindly and helpful and I tooked the car in a few minutes. Also I've got an incident with the car and they were understanding and helped me with everything I had to do. I highly recommend if you need a car in your holiday.

The attendant was extremely cordial and made a point of addressing and resolving the issue regarding our flight cancellation from the previous day; she even went out of her way to clean the car to help us, displaying exceptional courtesy.
