Salvo at the Pisa airport desk is what made my experience great! I was there for work and I had a problem with another rental company and was left with no car in the middle of summer! Salvo was so friendly and accommodating and took the time to work something out for me and organized a car for me immediately with no hassle! I was so relieved and extremely pleased! 🙏🏼 the rest of the rental experience was very very easy and smooth. Great staff! 👍🏼

superb interaction by Locauto from start to finish and always service with a smile. From emailing to get a quote and being happy with the value, to arriving at the desk in Pisa and going through the procedure, to collecting the car outside and then to the return everything was easy and straightforward and because this is our experience every year since 2000 and during our 3 or 4 trips per years we will always only use Locauto because they are the best

No issues, great company to deal with.
Great place helped us out when flight was cancelled and didn't charge crazy prices like the others could thank them enough. Easy 5 stars.

The pick up and check out went very smooth without any problems.
The car was kinda new, so no problems.

We rent cars in Italy regularly and have sometimes had unpleasant surprises. This was our first experience with Locauto, and everything went very smoothly. Pick-up and drop-off were very quick, the staff were very pleasant, and the value for money was excellent. I think we will rent from Locauto again for our future trips to Italy.
