My experience with Locauto was quite well
My experience with Locauto was quite good in the sense that the staff was very kind and nice. I had no problems in collecting the Car as I used the smart Check-In feature, but I was given a different car than the one I booked (with monetary compensation) in excellent condition, the navigation with apple play did not work but android auto worked.
My drop off was at another point than the collection point and it went seamless, the employee (from Azerbaijan) at the Milan Centrale collection point was very kind and jovial.

Super quick, I downloaded the Locauto app and filled out the necessary information prior to picking up the car. informative and friendly service. Car was clean, no surprises. Competitive prices. Recommended. Would use again

Sightseeing around Parma
Rented from this company in Parma, Italy. Very smooth process, and the employee, Manuel, spoke very good English, which made the process very easy. My hybrid Panda was just right for driving around the countryside, and drove smoothly. We visited the Parmesan cheese factory and the prosciutto factory. Check in at the end of the rental was smooth and quick. I do wish they had been open Sunday for vehicle return, even with some automated system, because I would have kept the car one more day for more exploration! But none of the agencies here are open Sundays.
