Overall, we were very satisfied with the car rental service. The whole process was straightforward, and communication by email was quick and reliable. The car was excellent, the price was very fair, and we particularly appreciated that no deposit or excess was required.

The employee who handed over the car was extremely friendly and even offered to help with our luggage. Returning the car was also very easy, as we simply had to hand back the keys.

The only downside was that the staff at the counter during pick-up were not particularly friendly or welcoming. We would also have appreciated a short confirmation after returning the car to let us know that everything was fine and the rental was officially completed.

Apart from that, a very positive experience and definitely recommended!

I’ve received totally new car with new systems like blind spot monitoring, dual zone AC. Car was cleaned and everything works well. It was pleasure to travel by this car.

We had a new car and we had our own insurance made with discover cars and we had no problem. At the desk we had the chance to upgrade the car and also new full insurance but we declined. We made a film with the car so we know all the damage and at the return all went perfect. I reccomand full insurance just to be worry less

Quick pick up and drop off and no hard sell for extras, with the staff speaking good English and no excess blocked on card.
Car was clean, pretty new and a definite upgrade from what I booked, it was clearly explained at pickup that any damage 5cm or less would be ignored. I could have got a car cheaper but didn’t like the reviews.

Difficult to find the return area, the signage was rubbish. Staff were disinterested on departure, but polite on return and efficient at the desk (which was, again, poorly signposted). 5 stars because the car was excellent and the system worked fine, it's not important to me if people are smiling all the time. Usual bollox over insurance, ie: what is the extra for?, why didnt we have this clearly explained on booking site?, why do they never outline all the costs, penalties and excesses at the time of booking? but we had no issues, and the car had been scratched up by a previous user, which was duly recorded, and so we felt it was ok. We didn't take the extra offer to cover the excess if we had damaged it.
